In total the England coach makes seven personnel changes and three positional switches to try to turn around his team's form after back to back defeats by Scotland and France.
Fly-half George Ford has been dropped with Owen Farrell starting at fly-half and Ben Te'o at inside centre. Hooker Dylan Hartley returns to lead the side.
Scrum-half Danny Care, lock Joe Launchbury and prop Dan Cole also lose their places in the starting XV.
Richard Wigglesworth, George Kruis and Kyle Sinckler all start.

The Scots had lost nine of their last 10 away games in the Six Nations, but they showed huge character in the final 20 to steal victory from under the Italians' noses.

I really liked the decision-making of Ali Price there, making the right choice at the right time and ultimately handing out to Stuart Hogg to make the difference. They are buoyant right now.

Italy are under seige here after that error from their captain. They're maintaining their width at the moment but it's just a matter of time for Scotland.

It would show the character of this Scotland team if they can do this. If they come away with a victory, it will be a massive moment of learning for them. Both teams are clearly tired but Italy can afford to let it drift. Scotland need to find the energy.
