It's a critical time in the game. Ireland have absorbed a load of pressure from England there and the home team have come away with nothing. This is the first time Ireland have been in the English half but they are keeping England at arms length.

And Twickenham sounds like it has been relocated to downtown Dublin.

Ireland win a penalty as they turn the screw at scrum-time and the cheers around the ground are long and loud.

This could turn into a parade rather than a contest if Ireland get the next score...

    Matt Dawson
Former Lions and England scrum-half on BBC Radio 5 live

Maro Itoje has been utterly ineffective and keeps making sloppy errors. He needs to come off and Joe Launchbury come in. England are attacking and getting into really good areas at the moment. There is a glimpse of hope for them. A try now would perhaps make the Irish a bit twitchy.

David, below, I believe it is a France win tonight that would send England down to fifth.

Wales are already ahead of England in the Six Nations table and, at the moment, England are taking zilch from this match.

Steve Jones, Rhondda: As a Welshman I love it when England lose and Ireland showing England how to finish off a Grand Slam final game is brilliant! They don't bottle it like those Rose red jerseys do regularly! Eddie jones for the sack?

Cameron Kelleher: Ireland in control of the Cold War at Twickers.

David Povey: So after Scotland won and England are losing, if Wales win would England finish 5th?!!

England need to get their hands on the ball in the right areas and put some coherent play together. They've not had possession where they can hurt Ireland.

If they don't score early, they will be staring down the barrel.
