    Leicester interim head coach Geordan Murphy told BT Sport:

    "I thought that they did a really good job, I thought that we got a couple of fortuitous tries but on the whole it's great to get the win.

    "The goal-line defence was nigh on heroic at times today. I'm really pleased for the lads."

    "Probably too many mistakes really, neither side were able to play a lot of football in the conditions.

    "We didn't control the middle third of the field and made some crucial mistakes, they capitalised on a couple of quick tries and then it was catch up."

    Man of the match Jonah Holmes told BT Sport:

    "It was a huge effort and it paid off. I don't know what to say really I can't really remember the game!

    "That’s what we wanted. We knew that it would be hard work, particularly with the weather, but it’s fantastic to get a win."

    That's an impressive away win for Gloucester - and a bonus-point one to boot.

    You do wonder though what might have been if Charlie Sharples' second try had been reviewed when Gloucester only led 23-21.

    Wasps were convinced the pass to the winger was forward.

    It was an emotion-filled day for Northampton but their opponents took a couple of key chances and then held extremely firm in defence.

    There's concern for England international Jonny May after he left the field in the first half with a shoulder injury but overall Geordan Murphy and his outfit will be pleased.

    For Northampton it just didn't quick click in the key moments and handling errors and individual errors proved to be costly.

    Controversy in Coventry as Charlie Sharples goes over for his second try of the game in the corner but Wasps believe the pass that put him in from Jason Woodward was forward.

    Danny Cipriani took the conversion quickly but hit the post with his effort to prevent it going to the TMO.

    Northampton don't mess out about scrum time, instead Teimana Harrison flies off the base and makes a beeline for George Ford.

    Ford, flanked by a couple of team-mates, does well and halts the forward sort of the line. The Saints swing it to the right before Kyle Eastmond poaches excellently at the breakdown.
