    James Law
    BBC Sport at Twickenham

More fans than usual are returning to their seats late for this second half, and for good reason.

The stiff wind is turning colder by the minute, which will make kicking even more difficult as the pressure rises.

I’m not ashamed to admit the hat, scarf and two pairs of gloves are on!

    Lennie Newman
Former Northampton Saints player and manager on BBC Radio Northampton

Leicester's game management has been so much better than Northampton's but Northampton do have a lifeline with the try just before half-time but Dan Bigger's missed conversion could come back to bite them.

The Tigers will be the happier while Chris Boyd will be livid telling his team your not doing the occasion justice lads.

  16. A couple of stats for youpublished at 16:06 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

    HT: Northampton 10-20 Leicester

Northampton enjoyed 67% of the possession in that first half but the scoreboard shows that just they haven't made the most of it.

Seven handling errors in comparison to Leicester's two may go some way to explaining that one. Both sides are back out on the field and the second-half is on the way shortly.

Neither of these sides have managed back-to-back wins yet this season, and the inconsistency is shown in their play.

Leicester have played the more fluent rugby, with Ben Youngs scoring his first Premiership try since October 2017.

David Ribbans’ score may give Saints momentum but Dan Biggar will need a better second half if they’re to turn this derby around.

  20. Half-time: Northampton 10-20 Leicesterpublished at 15:52 British Summer Time 6 October 2018

Leicester have managed the less than ideal weather conditions better than their opponents it that first half and an inspired period from Jonah Holmes helped them into a 15-point lead (20-5) as half-time approached.

Yet, with the emotion of the day driving them on Chris Boyd's Saints banged the door down for a key try with the time in red.
