England 37-15 Ireland
England captain Sarah Hunter: "We all know that Ireland would give us a real Test match. I don't think that the scoreline reflects what it felt like out there. We played without the ball for long periods in that match.
"We know Lydia can do that when given the ball in space and she has come straight back from sevens and taken off where she left off."
England 37-15 Ireland
Catherine O'Donnell (con Daley-McLean)
England replacement Catherine O'Donnell barges over for a try with the clock in the red after Lydia Thompson had made a load of metres and Lark Davies came up just short...
And a conversion from out wide by Katy Daley-Mclean!
England 30-15 Ireland
Ireland are searching for a consolation score, but 16-year-old flier Beibhinn Parsons is bundled into touch by Lydia Thompson.
Lydia Thompson
Hat-trick!
And all in the space of just 18 minutes!
Lydia Thompson picks Carys Williams' pass off her bootlaces and plunges over for her third try of the match.
England 25-15 Ireland
... a strange option picked by Katy Daley-Mclean as a flat crossfield kick is gobbled up by the Ireland defence.
England 25-15 Ireland
Bursts from Marlie Packer and Lydia Thompson bring England sweeping up to the Ireland 22m line...
Claire Molloy
Ireland create some mismatches on the blind-side and England wing Kelly Smith's paper-bag tackle is shredded by Claire Molloy's textbook low body angle.
England 25-10 Ireland
Ireland are knocking on the door... Leah Lyons burrows up to within a couple of metres...
England 25-10 Ireland
Heather Fisher
Women's Rugby World Cup winner with England in 2014
I think it's fair to say that England have the wind in their sails at the moment.
Lydia Thompson
Like trying to catch smoke into a net.
Lydia Thompson leaves the Ireland defence clutching at thin air as she jags off the wing and finishes from 40 metres out.
England 20-10 Ireland
Can Ireland find a response?
Lindsay Peat thunders into contact in midfield as they try to find a way through...
Lydia Thompson
Zoe Harrison puts in a grubber kick, takes a long look at it, and finds it to her liking.
The weight is perfect for Lydia Thompson who watches the bobbling ball all the way into her hands and dots down.
That is Harrison's last act. She is replaced by Katy Daley-McLean.
England 15-10 Ireland
Everyone likes a prop kicking. Ireland's Leah Lyons puts boot to ball and it is a really effective clearance.
Bravo.
England 15-10 Ireland
Claire Molloy has been furiously industrious for Ireland.
Her side are needing all that hard work though. England are knocking on the door on the 22m once more.
England 15-10 Ireland
England's Abbie Scott with the turnover on the Ireland 10-metre line. Zoe Harrison punts into the Ireland 22m to set up a decent attacking platform.
England 15-10 Ireland
Marlie Packer is off the bench and into the fray. The 2014 World Cup winner is immediately making an impact, securing a turnover with a rock-solid bridge over the tackled player.
England 15-10 Ireland
And we are back under way in the second half...
FT: England 37-18 Australia
England head coach Eddie Jones talking to BBC Sport: "We're always tempted to do things, we love creating good combinations especially in the back line. Ben Te'o had his best game in a while today, Owen Farrell can play there as can Henry Slade and Manu Tuilagi, we've got some quality players there.
"Farrell is turning into a world class 10 but it's not just him, look at the development of Maro Itoje he has performed excellently for how long now?
"It's not just the players we have now, if you look at the players we've got to come back Joe Launchbury, Anthony Watson, Jonathan Joseph, George Kruis, do you want me to go on?
"I think I know my 31-man squad for the World Cup pretty well but I might switch it up and go and find an average Joe on the street to see if he wants to join in as well.
"This was today though, Ireland's a different kettle of fish - we'll see that when we're there. We haven't got to play Ireland until February so we'll worry about that then."
