Exeter v Saracens (15:00 BST)
Looking back to the two league meetings this season, it's one win apiece for either side.
Exeter won 31-13 when the two sides met at Sandy Park three days before Christmas Day.
The return fixture, on 4 May, saw both clubs rotate and rest players - as both were already assured of home semi-final ties.
Saracens led 7-0 at half time and then ran riot in the second period at Allianz Park, eventually winning 38-7.
Just six players (three from each side) out of the 30 who started that game four weeks ago are in the respective XVs at Twickenham today.
Exeter v Saracens (15:00 BST)
Saracens finished second in the table, with 16 wins and six defeats from their 22 matches.
The north Londoners picked up 14 bonus points, with 10 of those for four-try hauls.
Sarries ended the season 10 points ahead of third-placed Gloucester in the table and beat the Cherry and Whites, external 44-19 at Allianz Park last Saturday - with Nick Tompkins scoring a hat-trick - to reach their fifth final in six years.
Mark McCall's men have also picked up their third European Champions Cup trophy this season, overcoming Leinster in the final in Newcastle three weeks ago.
Exeter v Saracens (15:00 BST)
Exeter finished top of the Premiership table for the second successive season.
The Devon side won 17 and lost five of their 22 league games, picking up 18 bonus points to finish eight points clear of second-placed Saracens.
The Chiefs scored four tries on 14 occasions over the course of the regular season, and then ran in six to beat Northampton Saints 42-12 last Saturday to reach Twickenham.

Standing pitchside, the first thing I noticed is that it's seriously, seriously hot.
It's going to be 28 degrees at kick-off, only a couple of degrees cooler than Madrid.
How on earth do you play rugby in this? It's going to be high paced, high tempo - the fittest team may well prevail.
Exeter v Saracens (15:00 BST)
Both teams arrived around an hour ago flanked by huge crowds. What an occasion for these fans - although they're used to it by now...
Exeter v Saracens (15:00 BST)
For a competition which prides itself on being "the most exciting club rugby league in the world", the makeup of this afternoon's Premiership final was on the cards before a ball was kicked this campaign.
Exeter Chiefs and Saracens meet in the Twickenham showpiece for the third time in four seasons. Between them, they have won the title every year since 2014.
The top two have been in a league of their own this season, says the BBC's rugby union correspondent Chris Jones.

After 22 league games and two hard-fought semi-finals, the two sides who finished first and second in the Premiership meet at Twickenham to decide the destiny of the 2018-19 title.
Will it be Exeter Chiefs who are crowned champions for a second time, or will Saracens win for a fourth time in five years and seal a second league and European double?
Kick-off is just 45 minutes away, with build-up and then live text and radio commentary on offer from 15:00 BST.
