Converted try - New Zealand 59-9 Namibiapublished at 67 mins

    Ben Smith (con Jordie Barrett)

Ben Smith scrambles over for his second.

I was about to say Namibia have done well to go 10 minutes without conceding...

New Zealand just came alive through Anton Lienert-Brown and his delightful offload out the back of the hand found Smith in support, with the full-back cutting inside to bash his way through two tacklers and make it over the line.

Jordie Barrett slots the conversion from wide out.

    New Zealand 52-9 Namibia

Lovely offload from Lesley Klim as he squeezes through a gap in the All Blacks line and then releases Janry du Toit, but the substitute just has his ankle clipped as he eyes up the whitewash.

Namibia keep it alive, using the ball through their forwards without making any real ground. There are blue shirts in support, until Tjiuee Uanivi fumbles...

That was Namibia's best move of the second half.

This game is going away from Namibia and New Zealand could yet reach triple figures, but the crowd are having a wild time. The tunes are banging and a Mexican wave is in full flow. They’re taken very seriously here and unlike at other sporting occasions, I don’t even think they signal boredom!

Twenty minutes to go in Tokyo, and a Mexican wave erupts around the stadium - as if all these tries weren't entertaining enough.

New Zealand ring the changes. Fresh legs eager for tries.

It's getting tougher and tougher for Namibia now. They have a number of running repairs on their players and it's noticeable how far backwards their passes are now going. They need to play flatter to put any pressure on the opposition defence.

Slick hands from Namibia but number eight Janco Venter spills the egg out wide to cut the attack short. He looks exhausted.

    Sam Whitelock (con Jordie Barrett)

An eighth try for the All Blacks.

If the last one was all about finesse and quick hands, this was an exhibition of good support and brute strength.

Sam Whitelock is the man to get his name on the scoreboard, crashing into the post after collecting from the back of the ruck.

    You fear for Namibia now.

    New Zealand 45-9 Namibia

Jordie Barrett is starting to settle in at 10. You wouldn't think he'd never played international rugby there before... meanwhile, Namibia's flat-out performance in the first half is perhaps contributing to their tiring legs in the second.

It is noticeably when the All Blacks warm up, how much emphasis they put on simple passing drills and you can see it in the basic skills they have around the pitch.

    Sevu Reece (con Jordie Barrett)

    This is becoming a procession.

New Zealand give Aaron Smith a breather with Brad Weber coming on a nine.

His first job is to collect from a stalled maul and spread play left.

The All Blacks then fling it back the other way and have men over, with Sevu Reece the final piece in the move as he collects on the overlap to dart in at the corner.

Another fine kick from Jordie Barrett to add the extras.

    Anton Lienert-Brown (con Jordie Barrett)

    Relentless.

Anton Lienert-Brown is in for his second.

It comes off the back of a superb break from Jordie Barrett, who wriggles through a gap in the Namibia line and is on hand a phase later to deliver the killer pass for the centre.

Lienert-Brown just steps on the gas, hands off a blue defender and scoots over on the right.

Jordie Barrett has got his eye in now. A well-made conversion from wide out.

Sevu Reece looks for a dent in the Namibian armour but is sent tumbling, Jordie Barrett's sloppy pass ends up being pinched by a blue shirt.

    Joe Moody (con Jordie Barrett)

New Zealand signal their intent from the off.

Namibia couldn't handle the quick ball from the All Blacks and it's Joe Moody who scoops up to go crashing over for the first try of the second half.

The minnows might have angered the beast in that opening 40.

Jordie Barrett slips over the conversion.

    Here we go again.

It'll need another mammoth effort from Namibia in the second half to keep the All Blacks within range.

All Black lock Brodie Retallick looks to be fine after coming off in the first-half. He’s out on the pitch at HT doing sprints so a tactical substitution to give him 30 minutes I would think.
