It was a cracking final. I thought at one point, neither team wanted to grab it and take the initiative.

But once we got to the 60-minute mark and Max Malins scored that try, Bristol just took hold of it.

Such a fantastic game too with that early Harry Randall try after just 26 seconds.

"We were so calm and controlled when we were behind there and we trusted the system and the proces to get us over the line.

What a journey Pat Lam has taken this Bristol side on since coming to the club three years ago playing Championship rugby.

Now they have a European Challenge Cup to their name. That's fantastic work by everyone involved at the club.
