    Farrows

England Rugby's most committed fans? They can't be far off.

The Farrows - dad Scott, mum Charlotte, daughter Scarlett and son Albert - have made trips to Twickenham a big part of their autumn.

Scott and Albert went to the men's win over Tonga last weekend, while Charlotte and Scarlett went to the win over Australia yesterday. Charlotte and Scarlett managed to collar Emily Scarratt - who was on punditry duties as she recovers from a broken leg - for a quick selfie in the aftermath of the victory over the Wallabies.

Albert and Scarlett both play for their hometown club South Woodham Ferrers. Whose the better player? I ask. Both their hands fly into the air to claim the accolade.

    Remember the names.

  7. 'This will be a tougher game than New Zealand' - Middletonpublished at 14:18 Greenwich Mean Time 14 November 2021

    England v Canada (14:30 GMT)

You might think England are in for an easy ride today after sweeping aside five-time world champions New Zealand on the past two weekends.

Simon Middleton says otherwise. He is expecting "a tougher game" against the world number three side at Twickenham Stoop.

He said Canada will be " a real challenge", adding: "They pressure you and from that point of view it could be a way tougher game than the last two simply because of the physicality they will bring."

This is Jai Shah, who is on the England Rugby merchandise truck today.

The big seller this autumn is the England bobble hat at £15, with the home and away kits also flying off the shelves.

So far, he's enjoying the lower-key build-up to the women's match compared to across the way at Twickenham Stadium yesterday.

  10. The teacher and pupil who became England team-matespublished at 14:12 Greenwich Mean Time 14 November 2021

    England v Canada (14:30 GMT)

Sadia Kabeya's rise to her England debut has been swift and at times shocking, but she has been well supported along the way by her school PE teacher.

As it happens, the 19-year-old flanker's old teacher is now an England team-mate.

Prop Bryony Cleall taught Kabeya at school in Crystal Palace and says she knew the forward would play for England one day because she always had "raw talent".

There is some dispute over whether or not Cleall used to show her own highlights reels in lessons though... Have a read of what they had to say about each other, then hurry back.

Many of the Canadians are familiar to the Red Roses given they play in the English Premier 15s league.

Canada's front row of Olivia DeMerchant, Emily Tuttosi and DaLeaka Menin all play at Exeter, while wing Paige Farries is at Worcester.

Lock Emma Taylor is a former Saracen and replacement prop Alex Ellis is a current player at the London club.

But the visitors are without star star forward Sophie de Goede who has opted to remain with her university side.

Canada: Alarie; Poulin, Kaljuvee, Tessier, Farries; Belchos de Goede, Miller DeMerchant, Tuttosi, Menin, Taylor, Holtkamp, Forteza, Paquin, Senft.

England head coach Simon Middleton says there is "room for growth" in his side, despite their 16-game winning streak.

Two of those who might help England in that evolution are debutants Sadia Kabeya, a flanker, and Heather Cowell, who starts on the wing.

There is still room for the old guard, though, as captain Sarah Hunter returns to the back row but Poppy Cleall keeps hold of the number 8 shirt.

Zoe Harrison and Helena Rowland are at 10 and 12 once again, while Lagi Tuima gets a start at 13.

England: McKenna; Cowell, Tuima, Rowland, Dow; Harrison, MacDonald; Botterman, Cokayne, Bern, Aldcroft, Ward, Hunter (Capt), Kabeya, Cleall.

Replacements: Davies, Cornborough, Muir, Millar-Mills, Matthews, Packer, Infante, Aitchison.
