There has been a noticeable difference in pace since Raffi Quirke came on.

It's only marginal but he just seems to be getting the ball away quicker.

Even though it didn't work it's a smart choice to go for the kick with Elliot Daly on the field, he has a massive left boot.

Sale have to be careful not to concede penalties in and around halfway as it might be a cheap three points to give away with Daly on the field.

Having brought on Elliot Daly in the first half, Saracens have an extra long-range option with the boot from the kicking tee.

He takes on the kick from the halfway line in the centre of the field.

No problem with the distance, but he drags it to the right of the sticks.

Bevan Rodd's try has given Sale the lead for the first time during this match and it's really galvanised the crowd inside Twickenham, as well as shifted all the momentum his team's way.

The Sale fans can really sense their team could be on to something special this afternoon if they can keep this up.

How do Sale manage this situation now?

Saracens have plenty of Premiership final experience and this is where it might tell.

Owen Farrell looks to release Elliot Daly with a kick to the left flank but Tom O'Flaherty gets a touch to the ball and sends it out.

But Saracens head an advantage so we'll head back for a penalty on halfway.

Two outstanding bits of play from Bevan Rodd. He up picked the ball and went right, then he got on the end of it for a really good try. He's the super sub at the minute.

It's a really good game for the neutral. This game is opening up massively. If I was Sale I'd keep this tempo very high now - Sarries will want to slow it down.

It's been an excellent few minutes for Sale. They are looking on top.
