It'd been a frantic 90 seconds, or more, of rugby. The collisions, the physicality, the amount of double and triple man tackles that both sides have done has been astonishing.
What a frantic start!

Nobody wants to say it, they're scared of jinxing Ireland, but I think Ireland are well capable of winning this game.
It's not going to be easy and they have to get a lot of things right, but I think they've got a very settled and experienced team, they know the pressure.

Here's a reminder of the Ireland team tonight.

Johnny Sexton looked really emotional at the end of the anthems and gave a little point to the crowd as Ireland's Call came to an end.

There will be a tactical play this weekend, I can see Ireland kicking a little bit more and trying to turn that defence around, trying to put a bit more pressure and not giving South Africa those early hits that that energises their defence and the team.

Irish singer Dermot Kennedy is in Paris for tonight's game, where he will watch some rugby 'Giants'.
Ireland will be hoping the Springboks don't have too much 'Power'' over them but you know Andy Farrell's men 'Won't Back Down'.
Hopefully this won't be 'An Evening I Won't Forget'...
That will mean 'Something To Someone', presumably.
In the worst case and Ireland lose, there will be 'Better Days' ahead.
Sorry, I'll see myself out....

A team that are comfortable in possession like Ireland and like to put the ball through phases against a team who are very happy without the ball, who will put so much pressure on Ireland and try to force errors in the right parts of the pitch and obviously try to capitalise and get their power game going.
They conserve energy, they have big men and they like to play on the right parts of the pitch so they want to get into Ireland's 22 as effectively and as efficiently as they can and they'll use their defence to try and smother and force mistakes through Ireland.
