Franklin: That is another absolutely top-drawer finish. Gibson-Park take a bow. If Ireland can fix the gap on kicks behind and avoid the isolation at breakdown they should win this. Cracking game.

So well deserved for Gibson-Park, man of the match last week, saw his opportunity and took it. I thought the maul was really well set up and what an unbelievable time for Ireland to score a try.

How do they do this? They look so shaky in the group stages and in pre-tournament build up games and then when the big occasion comes around, New Zealand show up! Can’t write off the Irish, but they are going to have dig very very deep to win this.

What a battle at each end. Ireland's line-out at the moment is just not functioning, I don't know why they aren't competing more in the air.

No doubt we will need to mix it up. We know this Irish team can turn things around, it is time for the big players to step up, they are the number one team in the world for a reason.

How exciting can this game get? After a fairly sleepy few weeks, this World Cup is on now. Argentina caught up, Ireland catching up. Second half could be epic.
