    Scotland worked so hard to get out of their own half and then they gave it away.

    They need to get a bit of territory and put pressure on Ireland.

    Wonderful defence from Scotland and you have to hand it to them - they have stood up and matched Ireland's physicality.

    Now, Scotland need to get out of their own 22 and start to threaten Ireland and get some points on the board.

    Duhan van der Merwe somehow claims a kick when surrounded by green shirts.

    The follow up play isn't as good as Grant Gilchrist kicks the ball forward to try and control it, it's too heavy and Pierre Schoeman gathers in an offside position.

    It's a penalty for Ireland on the halfway line.

    Small margins once again. Scotland *somehow* survive!
