Celtic pour forward again and Callum McGregor diverts a cutback towards goal which is blocked. Players from both sides proceed to pile in on the ball and the referee blows in favour of the home side before it descends into a complete rammy.

Influential defender Darren O'Dea is missing from Dundee's starting line-up, with James Vincent also dropping out, with Mark O'Hara and Faissal El Bakhtaoui given starts.

Murray Davidson returns from suspension to start for St Johnstone, with Liam Craig and in-form and fit-again Danny Swanson joining him in midfield. Chris Millar, David Wotherspoon and Graham Cummins drop to the bench for the visitors.

Rangers are hanging on a little as Celtic step it up in this second half.

Callum McGregor bursts down the left and clips a gorgeous cross towards Moussa Dembele. The striker gets a foot to the ball and is very unlucky to see his effort come back off the crossbar.

Scott Sinclair follows in on the rebound but his effort is poor as he misses the target from close range.

Huge let-off for Rangers as Moussa Dembele fluffs a big chance.

Some neat passing in and around the box sees Mikael Lustig advance into the right-hand side of the box. He shapes to shoot but disguises a clever pass to Dembele who is right in front of goal 10 yards out but mishits the strike and the ball trundles back to Foderingham in the Rangers goal.

It is Michael Devlin to Accies' rescue as the defender whips the ball off the goalline as Louis Moult heads across goal.

Celtic claim the initiative at the start of the second half, with Moussa Dembele winning a free-kick in a dangerous area at the edge of the Rangers box.

Scott Sinclair fires the set-piece high over the bar.

Moments later Emilio Izaguirre breaks into the box but his cross is cut out by Wes Foderingham.

Accies have gradually steadied themselves after a shaky start, but they have another man down. Eamonn Brophy this time is guided off the field, unsteady of his feet after a head knock, just as Georgios Sarris returns after four minutes off the field of play. Lennard Sowah and Motherwell's Louis Moult were the others involved in that earlier clash of heads. Meanwhile, Brophy is replaced with Louis Longridge.

Once again Moussa Dembele is the scourge of Rangers. This was his fifth goal in three games against the Ibrox club this season, and his 19th goal of the campaign in total.

Hamilton Accies 0-0 Motherwell

They are dropping like skittles at New Douglas Park, with two Accies players and one from Motherwell left holding their heads in agony as the visitors continue their early bombardment of the home penalty box.

It's been the usual blood-and-thunder stuff in the Glasgow derby.

Rangers had the better of the opening 30 minutes and took the lead through Kenny Miller.

Celtic struggled to impose themselves on their rivals until Moussa Dembele's stunning equaliser. Since then they have looked more assured without quite hitting top gear.

An intriguing second half lies in store.
