It's getting twitchy in the media room now as newspaper deadlines loom and Higgins is showing a revival.

The last two frames from the Scot have been mightily impressive and another one will cause journalists to rip up the "Selby wins third world title" copy and begin on a "Higgins in sensational comeback" template.

Tense times on and off the table.

I said he was tough didn’t I.

That is two on the bounce for John Higgins. He is not going out of this final without a fight.

And he does it in some style with a wonderful century break of 111, his 672nd century of his career.

Higgins plays for the blue, but still has a chance to better his 141 break that he made yesterday, the equal highest break ever seen in a World Championship final.

The break is currently at 47.

Don't want to get carried away. But that is four reds, four blacks for Higgins at the start of the 30th frame.

John Higgins has been a bit asleep for most of this match, it’s nice he’s come alive a bit. It could be too late but you never know. 

Andy Gibson‏: And the match is back on. Still expecting a Selby win but it's certainly not over now. Great break from Higgins.

Willie Quinn: That was an important clearance frame for John Higgins. Hopefully he'll take this to the last.

Ryan Blythe: Great break from Higgins. Highly unlikely it'll make a difference on the outcome. 

Don't give up on us yet. The gap is back down to three as John Higgins shows some fight with a wonderful break of 88.

Mark Selby was very tired in that second session yesterday and looked all at sea, but how he has turned this around is quite remarkable. But that's what champions do.  

'Peanut' from the Kaiser Chiefs and Nicko McBrain from Iron Maiden have great seats, and are loving it.

HL: I hope Higgins can pull some frames back, as I was looking forward to an epic full distance final.
