    Here she is! It's the always smiling Dina Asher-Smith, who is the next Sports Personality of the Year contender.

    Asher-Smith became the first British woman to win a major global sprint title when she claimed gold in the 200m at the World Championships.

    She did it in a national record time of 21.88 seconds and also picked up silver medals in the 100m and 4x100m relay. Speedy work!

    "Honestly I never look at records. I don't really know why. I just remember growing up in Stevenage and watching Michael Schumacher so it's still surreal to this day to have my name brought up in the sentence as his. It's very special for my family I think.

    "Each year is a chance to rise to the challenge. I'm inspired by so many people in the UK that are doing great things. If there's one young kid that gets to see what I do, or adult, and it helps them get over the line that would make me very happy."

    Billy Monger is talking about Lewis Hamilton in this VT from Silverstone. The world champion is Monger's idol and last year, Hamilton presented Monger with the Helen Rollason Award. A lovely moment!

    Next up is another Sports Personality of the Year contender. It's Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton. He became world champion for a SIXTH time this year, moving him one behind legendary driver Michael Schumacher's record.

    He won half of this season's races - including the British Grand Prix - and his overall career tally is up to 83, just eight off Schumacher's all-time record total.

    Swann says Holmes hasn't been pulling her weight so far! She says: "I'm keeping this team going at the moment!"

    "Secondly I want to thank my volunteers. I also want to thank all my young leaders, what they are doing is amazing. They are setting an example for the younger kids below them.

    "I want to thank all the young people that come to my sessions, without them it wouldn't be anything.

    "Last but not least I want to thank all the parents that bring their young kids down to the sessions. What they do is amazing as well."

    Volunteer Keiren Thompson has been named the BBC Get Inspired Unsung Hero award winner.

    Thompson runs the community project Helping Kids Achieve in Bulwell in Nottingham, one of the most deprived areas in the city.

    The 31-year-old grew up in Bulwell and as a teenager was hospitalised after being badly beaten in an attack.

    He said the incident "inspired" him to "make a change in Nottingham" and stop youngsters getting into similar issues to his attackers.

    The nominees for the Unsung Hero award are gathering on stage now. Here are a few of their stories.

    Toby Gorniak founded Street Factory to help young people, including alcoholics and drug addicts. He's also looked after the homeless through the club.

    Delwyn Derrick formed a football team in Wales for refugees and asylum seekers in an area where racial tension is high.

    Georgina Moore founded, coaches and funds the Boccia scene in Bristol. She is wheelchair-bound due to arthrogryposis but still manages, transports and leads the community in the league.

    Harvinder Kandola founded the first British-Asian team in Leamington. One of his players was killed on duty in Afghanistan so he runs an annual cricket match to raise funds for servicemen and women.

    Darren Warner founded the Doncaster Titans football club so his autistic son could play. He runs children's and adult inclusive leagues and hosts a summer tournament for 500 attendees.

    Marathon runner Eliud Kipchoge has been voted Sports Personality's World Sport Star of the Year.

    Kipchoge became the first man to run a marathon in under two hours in October.

    The Kenyan, 35, completed 26.2 miles (42.2km) in one hour 59 minutes and 40 seconds in the Ineos 1:59 Challenge in Vienna, Austria.

    Six months before his record-breaking feat, Kipchoge won the London Marathon for a fourth time.
