David Wood in Sittingbourne: Watched Murray in a sports bar at the O2 before seeing Michael Buble. Celebrated Murray's win so much I don't remember much about the concert!
The power of Murray's win in 2013 was so great that it eclipsed even the silky vocals of Buble. We are taking your personal memories of Murray's 2013 win on text, Twitter and Facebook.
Just 10 minutes to the off in his first round match against David Goffin this time around.
Judging by this selfie, French world number 73 Kenny de Schepper is in a happy mood ahead of his first-round meeting with 10th seed Kei Nishikori of Japan tomorrow.

Peng Shuai showed her experience in the opening set against Johanna Konta and Konta got a little tight towards the end of the set. We haven't seen the best of her yet.
What Peng did well was attack Konta's second serve, putting her under pressure and in the end, the unforced errors cost her. I'm sure Konta will be giving herself a good talking to. This is one of the biggest moments of her career and hopefully she can come back out and pick up her intensity.
Bad news out on court 12, where Johanna Konta has come a cropper in the first set, at the end of a final game that stretched north of 15 minutes.
The Briton did her best to nab Shuai Peng's serve at the death, but a final dropshot flopped into the net to end her resistance.
Sloane Stephens has a break in the second set after losing the first. She is 2-6 4-3 down to Maria Kirilenko.
Ernests Gulbis has come through a first-set tie-break unscathed, overcoming Jurgen Zopp 9-7 in the shoot out,
Tomas Berdych is not so lucky. The Czech sixth seed is undone 7-5 in a first-set tie-break against Victor Hanescu.
Kei Nishikori does not start his Wimbledon campaign until tomorrow when he takes on France's Kenny de Schepper.
The Japanese number 12 has made good use of his dead time. popping into the Japanese broadcaster to get some TV quality hair.
Looking sharp.

The first set breaks Yanina Wickmayer's way, 6-3 on court four. Slammin' Sam Stosur, as her native Aussie media occasionally call her, is going to have to take the long way round to get to the second round. The 17th seed is in a bit of bother.
Kimiko Date-Krumm wraps up the first set against Ekaterina Makarova 6-3, but Sloane Stephens is on the rough end of a 6-2 scoreline in the first set against Maria Kirilenko.
Ernest Gulbis is into a first-set tie-break against Jurgen Zopp. 2011 runner-up Tomas Berdych is taking his sweet time, locked at 4-4 with Victor Hanescu.

Kimiko Date-Krumm belies her 43 years as she goes for a bit of serve and volley, angling away a backhand as she steamrollers Ekaterina Makarova in the opening set.
I wonder how many of the spectators crammed onto a packed Court 17 know that one of the players on show made her Wimbledon debut in 1989, and reached the semi-finals in 1996. Incredible stuff.

Novak Djokovic is my pick to win the men's singles. He moves so well on the grass and I think it will be tough for Andy Murray to defend his title.
In the women's singles, I'd be surprised if it wasn't Serena Williams lifting the title. She comes in ready having not won the Australian Open or French Open and wants to win another Grand Slam title.
Seventeenth seed Sam Stosur is a break down, 5-3 to the bad against Belgium's Yanina Wickmayer on court three.
Elena Vesnina is the first winner of a set at Wimbledon 2014, making short work of Patricia Mayr-Achleitner. 6-0 3-0 is the score on court four.
Kimiko Date-Krumm is serving for the set at 5-1 up on 22nd seed Ekaterina Makarova. There is just no stopping her.
Sloane Stephens and Ernest Gulbis are both on serve in the first sets of their opening round matches.

It's a mixed start for British number three Johanna Konta. The world number 109 attacked the Shuai Peng serve from the first point before going on to break to love.
But she then loses her serve after Peng chases down a drop shot to clinch the game. Under cloudy skies, Court 12 is packed with the majority of a vocal crowd very much behind the Brit.

Some early good news out on Court 12 where Johanna Konta has broken in the opening game. But hold the party poppers, Shuai Peng returns the favour in the next and the players head to their stools with the Chinese 2-1 up and the match on serve.
As the first balls are hit in anger around the grounds, why not take time to cast your vote in our little BBC poll to the right-hand side of this page?
The decision you have to make is who is the likeliest winner of the men's singles crown. Djokovic, Nadal, Murray, Federer, Wawrinka, Dimitrov, Berdych and Other are your options.

There is a nice interview with Judy Murray in the Radio Times this week by the way.
"The only time I get emotional about Jamie and Andy's Wimbledon wins is when I'm in Dunblane," she said., external
"If I give a little speech at a kids' tournament or something, I find it very emotional.
"When you've gone through a really dark, tragic time, and then come to a real high, I hope it helps people to feel something really positive about the town."
There are brollies up around Wimbledon, but those underneath are sheltering from UV rather than H20. It is an absolute pearler of a day weather wise.
Judy Murray, mother of Andy and captain of the Great Britain Fed Cup team, is among those slapping on the suncream out on court 12.
Johanna Konta will the first Briton in action today. She comes into the tournament on the back of some decent grass-court form, reaching the semi-finals in Nottingham and beating young up-and-comer Belinda Bencic at Eastbourne.
China's Shuai Peng is first up for her today. Out onto court they come...

There's no doubting it's Andy Murray who most of the media want to see down at the practice courts this morning. But the defending champion kept everyone - including his coach Amelie Mauresmo - waiting 30 minutes.
Once on court, it's straight into hitting with Daniel Vallverdu. The first 10 minutes are spent drilling forehands, laced with topspin, cross court before switching to the backhand side.
An unassuming Mauresmo is stood to the side, feeding balls when necessary and nods in approval when Murray puts away a winner after a 15-shot rally.
