  1. Court Onepublished at 10:55 British Summer Time 25 June 2014

After Andy Murray and Blaz Rola are done with Court One, 2011 champion Petra Kvitova will be attempting to bring her mighty, but erratic southpaw groundstrokes under control as she takes on Mona Barthel of Germany.

Then it might just be the most intriguing match of the day. Czech sixth Tomas Berdych doesn't mind a bit of needle, regularly getting under his opponents' skin. Bernard Tomic is a particularly thin-skinned ball of youthful talent and temper.

    You do the maths.

  2. Centre Court goings-onpublished at 10:47 British Summer Time 25 June 2014

With Andy Murray taking a trip from the old-school grandeur of Centre Court to the more gladiatorial-style arena of Court One for his second-round clash, Wimbledon's showpiece court is without any Britons to roar on.

Nevermind, plenty of easy-on-the-eye style for them to enjoy with a former finalist to begin, two former junior champions meeting in the middle match and a former champion to finish.

    This is how they roll:

Casey Dellacqua v Agnieszka Radwanska [4]

Grigor Dimitrov [11] v Luke Saville

Novak Djokovic [1] v Radek Stepanek

Andy Murray v Blaz Rola is the opening match on Court One today. That means no "roughly" or "approximately" about it. Thirteen hundred of your British Summer Time hours is when the Flying Scotman pulls out of the station.

But there are intriguing clashes all around the grounds on the third day of Wimbledon and, just when you thought they were gone, a host of Brits return in doubles action.

The full order of play is just a click away.

Five weeks before Andy Murray beat Novak Djokovic to finally lay his mitts on that elusive Wimbledon men's singles title, Rola scaled his own Everest.

After losing in the semi-finals in 2012, Rola brought home the national American university championships in his final year at Ohio State, beating Jarmere Jenkins of Virginia in straight sets.

Since then Rola has won just five Tour level matches. He rates his chances of beating Murray as "not a lot". It is hard to argue.

"It's unbelievable. The past champions who have won this tournament, the likes of John McEnroe, for my name to be up there, it's just overwhelming. It's unbelievable and I'm really happy."

    Who was this last summer?

    Andy Murray perhaps?

Close, but no cigarillo. It was his second-round opponent, external Blaz Rola.
