Philip Tolhurst: Windy at Wimbledon for Watson Win
The players are going to be on and off more than a strobe light at a rave night you fear.
Heather Watson and Annika Beck stroll to the stools as the rain starts to fall. The covers stay off for a moment in the vain hope that it is just a passing shower.
Nope, the taurpaulin is coming across again.

Former Wimbledon mixed doubles champion on BBC TV
Heather Watson really does know what she's doing around the net, so any short ball she's going to come in on.
She's got to keep moving though, as the wind is really swaying that ball around.
It is exhausting playing in a wind like this, having to reassess your shots and your footwork.
Lucie Safarova has prepared for her match with Samantha Crawford later this afternoon with a solid breakfast of scrambled eggs and avocado. Will it give her the edge?
She has exceeded her RDA of hashtags though...

Joel Newnham: Come on Heather!!!!
Heather Watson v Annika Beck
John Inverdale
BBC TV presenter
"There really is the proverbial cigarette paper between these two. This is a match that could easily be 6-4 in the third. To get off to a good, positive start is very important here."
Indeed it has.
We are up and running out on Court Two where Heather Watson is taking on Germany's Annika Beck.
The covers are still across Court One where Johanna Konta is waiting to take the stage.
Alex Knuckey: Seems like Beth Atkinson's sun dance worked!! You are our hero.
All praise Beth Atkinson!

Marcus Willis comes off the practice courts and is chased by several TV cameras, photographers and selfie-hunters. He gives everyone a little wave, but looks a little coy about all the attention.
It is not just Marcus Willis who is flying the flag for Great Britain today.
Johanna Konta will resume against Puerto Rico's Monica Puig leading 6-1 2-1 on Court One when the rain packs in.
While Dan Evans, the British number four, takes on Ukraine Alexandr Dolgopolov second on Court Two in his first appearance in the Wimbledon second round.
Beth Atkinson: Can this rain just go? Want to watch the tennis! Did a sun dance and all!

Marcus Willis' coach Matt Smith, speaking on BBC One: "Marcus was a lovable rogue and not as professional as he could be. He had a lot of stuff going for him as well. We had to get him in shape and train him hard, we gave him a more of an on-court identity. It's not really rocket science. I didn't ask him how much he weighed but we agreed he had to lose some weight."

Woooops and cheers as the covers come off on court 18.
An announcement confirms all the covers on the outside courts have been deflated and will be removed, with the hope of play starting soon.
Another update over the tannoy from the impeccable voice of Wimbledon.
The covers are being deflated on the outside courts to allow the umpires to have a look underneath and see the condition of the grass.
The voice says that they hope to have play up and running "shortly".
Which could mean anything. But you have to agree with that voice, as rich and oaky as a vintage Merlot.

Tim Henman also spoke about the man of the moment - Marcus Willis - during his chat with Ken Bruce on BBC Radio 2.
"I used to practice at the same facility when Willis was 16 or 17," he said. "He has had a pretty rocky path. He was the last person to get into pre-qualifying, he then won three more rounds of qualifying, he had never won a match at tour level but had a fantastic match to set up a meeting with Federer. He has nothing to lose."
BBC One
Marcus Willis' girlfriend Jennifer Bate, speaking on BBC One: "It's been absolute madness since Marcus got through, I can't believe it is happening.
"We joked the other night that we had to turn our phones off because they were lighting up the room. I have brought my lucky hat, I don't care if it doesn't match my outfit.
"Part of our daily routine at Wimbledon is to sing 'Play The Game' by Queen together. Marcus will have everyone in the Royal Box that he wants there."
