* Murray 7-6 6-1 1-4 Tsonga
Murray swipes his racquet angrily again as Tsonga aces him with a slider out wide at deuce. Ah, conjurer's magic wand this time, floating a lob up and over, but suddenly it's Tsonga with the glint in his eye and zip in his step - slamming volley, break maintained, match once again alive.

Finally Tsonga putting some pressure on Murray's second serve.
That was a massive return on break point.
Murray 7-6 6-1 1-3 Tsonga *
Double-fault from Murray, 30-30. Sizzling return, Murray not moving his feet, break point. Another big return, Murray long, and the break has slipped away. Murray bounces his racquet into the turf, and then a second time - that both came from nowhere and was strangely easy to predict.
* Murray 7-6 6-1 1-2 Tsonga
Murray seems slightly vexed by his inability to capitalise with immediate effect in this set, glancing up at Ivan Lendl, grimacing, practising a slow-motion shot with his empty hand. Rest easy, champ, the breeze is at your back.
Murray 7-6 (12-10) 6-1 1-1 Tsonga*
Nicola Jade: What a contrast between those two sets. First one was just pure tension. The second just utter dominance from Murray.
Chris Goldsmith: The seven Wimbledon semi-finalists age so far... 34, 30, 25, 36, 34, 28 & 29... experience often counts on the grass.

The sun in behind clouds, the air still warm, the grandstands all rammo. Hold to 30, a little calm meander in this rushing river of a contest.

You felt like the match was over if Tsonga lost his serve early in the third.
Now he can get his head down, he beat Federer from two sets down here.

Three-time squash world champion Nick Matthew writes on Twitter...
* Murray 7-6 6-1 0-1 Tsonga
Another chance for Murray, 30-30, second serve, ball in the hitting zone - alas, tugs it into net. Good chasing from Tsonga, keeps his chin above water.

It doesn't seem like Tsonga's focus is laser-like right now.
Murray 7-6 (12-10) 6-1 Tsonga
Tony: Tsonga is playing a clever game. He is lulling Murray into a false sense of security and will win third and fourth sets.
King-Welsh: Good, good Andy Murray! Take advantage of slump of Tsonga form.
Matt McGladrigan: This Tsonga collapse is making Kyrgios' similar one look a little better. Andy just breaks these guys mentally.
Murray 7-6 (12-10) 6-1 Tsonga
Murray 7-6 6-1 Tsonga *
Double-fault from Murray for 30-30. Keep the concentration switched on. Only his second of the tournament, to be fair. Ace down the middle, set point. In behind another deep one, court open, opportunity taken...
*Murray 7-6 (12-10) 5-1 Tsonga

I don't think Tsonga is going to expend too much energy in these late stages of the second set.
* Murray 7-6 5-1 Tsonga
Tsonga swerves the bagel, but the wind has gone from those once-billowing sails. Murray to serve out for a two-set lead.

Tsonga's backhand has gone at the moment and you can see Murray can sense that.
He is just straight attacking the backhand wing.
Murray 7-6 (12-10) 5-0 Tsonga*
Dan Wild: Reminds me of two years ago at French. Tsonga was 2-0 up against Murray but completely lost energy/interest in 3rd-5th.
Mark Motley: Some player Andy Murray, it will be a very long time until we see another British player on his level.
Tim Abbott: Good to see Andy Murray powering through his Wimbledon match against Tsonga - we've got a game to watch later Andy.

And my goodness what a game it was. The Croat led the match by winning the first two sets, but Federer, came back. The match saw a thrilling fourth set tie break, before the veteran Swiss comfortably won the fifth.
Murray 7-6 5-0 Tsonga *
Just 18 minutes gone in this set, compared to the hour and 16 minutes that the first one took. Big serving, Tsonga looking cowed, crowd kicking back and starting to relax.
