Winning today in straight sets would really help Andy's chances, because Raonic played a five-set match and has played a lot of tennis.
If Andy can win this in straights he will be the fresher player on Sunday - of course, he still has to win it.

Thirteen unforced errors to one. That's been the biggest difference between these guys. So far it's surprising how many times Murray has gone for the sliced forehand, just to keep the ball in play and make the big Berdych go for the ball.

A tidy set of tennis from Andy Murray. This is now going to be a very tough afternoon for Tomas Berdych. How's he going to convince himself he can win this match?

For all of Berdych's ball-striking skills, in the big points there's little margin of error. He was looking to be aggressive, but he's given Murray the break to serve for the set.

The crowd are warming up a bit now. Everyone's back from the bar, then.

Liam Spence: Why are there so many seats unoccupied for Murray's semi-final match?
Smithman: Why don't they let the Court fill up before the match starts, instead of rushing people in, in between Games?

On grass the ball doesn't bounce so high - to hit a bounce smash on grass is really difficult as it just doesn't come up high enough.
Murray 4-3 Berdych*
Andy Murray does his best limbo impression to get down low and place a pin-point winner into the crevice of the baseline.
A Berdych overhead smash fails to scale the net and then he overhits past the baseline as Murray holds.
No-one's budging so far.
Berdych shows his determination to win this match by not letting a break of his serve get to him, with a break back in the very next game.
*Murray 3-3 Berdych
After a defensive rally, Tomas Berdych smashes the ball down with intent. Ker-pow.
Then the pair come for a party at the net, but Murray chips past the baseline with a lob.

He's played extremely well in the big events but there's always been one of the big four to take him out at the latter stages. As both players will be aware, Milos Raonic in the final - it's a huge opportunity. There's been no easing into this match, they've hit top gear already.

We're almost taking Andy Murray for granted these days. For years we thought it was amazing that we got a woman or man into the second week of Wimbledon. He's reached seven semi-finals and I don't know whether we realise how lucky we are to have Andy Murray.
Murray 3-2 Berdych*

The world number two finishes off the game by sending a forehand into the corner. Lovely job.
*Murray 2-2 Berdych
An elegant, light volley over the net after some heavy hitting on the baselines sees Berdych move to 30-15.
A banging backhand cross-court edges him ahead a little more.
Murray overpowers him on the next point, and then the British number one clips the net with a backhand and it drops the wrong side of the chalk. Unlucky.
Berdych holds for the first time.
He has since made amends by breaking back, but it wasn't the start Tomas Berdych was looking for. This double fault in his first service game handed Murray an early break.
Murray 2-1 Berdych*

Tomas Berdych is eating away at Murray's service game and takes it to deuce after a long rally.
Murray hits long and hands a break point back to his opponent.
Another rally engaged...and Berdych wins out by smashing over the net. He almost went over it himself.
