You could forgive them for fatigue, these two have spent a lot of emotional energy as well as physical. They have been running for hours in short sprints.

So, let's revisit our post from a few games ago. A huge chance for Rybarikova to move into the third round. She duffs a simple shot at 30-0 up, off the handle almost at the net. Casual.
Pliskova handed a lifeline, reaches for it with a stunning crosshand shot which just about beats the net and the lines. Wonderful shot!
Shot! Pick that one out! Rybarikova finds the absolute picturebook winner down the line, as good as it gets to go 40-30 up. Too good.
But deuce we go. Suddenly both players now finding their A game. Gripping stuff - Rybarikova holds!
One game away...
Pliskova 6-3 5-7 2-4 Rybarikova
Who wants to win this?! Numerous nerves, fragile forehands and brittle backhands as we tick over the two-hour mark on Centre.
Roger Federer may as well get his tea on, he'll be waiting a while yet. A tricky one that actually. What time would you eat? And what would you have?
Don't want to be serving 15 minutes after a bowl of pasta I wouldn't have thought.
Pliskova finds a big serve again when she needs it, 30-30. Then straight back into the net. BREAK POINT. Pliskova can only find the net, halfway up.
Pressure now. Wide with the first serve, challenged. Token. Well wide.
Then way off! A third break in a row!
The 2015 Wimbledon finalist and former French Open champion Garbine Muguruza is through to the third round with a 6-2, 6-4 victory over Yanina Wickmayer.
She will meet Sorana Cirstea in the next round, who just progressed after Bethanie Mattek-Sands retired with a horror injury.
World number 15 and 11th seed Tomas Berdych is two sets up and 5-5 in the third against Ryan Harrison on court 12.
Milos Raonic, last year's runner-up, is a set down against Mikhail Youzhny on court two, while seventh seed Dominic Thiem is now two sets to the good against Gilles Simon on Court One.
Pliskova 6-3 5-7 2-3 Rybarikova
Number 87 in the world, Magdalena Rybarikova is close to glory now. If she can hold her serve here. If.
Nerves are maybe affecting both players though as she clips a shot wide. 15-30. Big serve to follow it in, well played.
Rybarikova clubs long, but appeals it instantly. Yep, it's long. 30-40.
Chance to break back. No, wide. Deuce.
Neither player looks ready to take their chances any more. Centre Court fragility?
It's a cauldron. And now Pliskova with a break back chance. Taken.
Canadian player Milos Raonic has lost the first set against Russia's Mikhail Youzhny.

We've got a big of a shock on our hands here on Centre Court. This will be noticed around the grounds. Pliskova is going to have to fight for this.
Pliskova 6-3 5-7 1-3 Rybarikova
Who wants this more then? Both players are hungry for the place in the third round. Pliskova has had her wobbles, but that's a classy touch, picking up a ball from her bootstraps to flick into the corner, a clean winner.
Still too many errors from the favourite though, loose shot into the net. Got to tighten her game up if she is going to win a Slam.
Break point! Can Rybarikova take a huge leap towards the win...
Yes! Pliskova is wide, long, and staring at a loss...
Watch Pliskova showing signs of nerves as she misjudges two forehand smashes on the way to losing the second set.
We couldn't love this Twitter exchange any more if we tried.
Pliskova 6-3 5-7 1-2 Rybarikova
Both players remain in great nick around the net, Pliskova with a drop shot volley winner and then Rybarikova serve and volleying in classic grass court style.
Pliskova brings up a pair of break points, big moment. Can she convert? Punts the first chance well wide off her forehand side.
And pumps the second one long off her backhand. Shoddy stuff. She needs to be more clinical.
Rybarikova holds on.
Messages of support are already coming in for Bethanie Mattek-Sands, who has suffered a horror injury on court 17.
Former Wimbledon winner Marion Bartoli tweeted this message to the five-time Grand Slam doubles champion.

If Pliskova goes out then the money on Jo Konta will be rolling in. It's so open though.
She can still find that big booming serve more often than not though and it takes her to a comfortable hold.

The women's locker room will be on high alert right now, Pliskova is one of the favourites. A lot of interest in this match.
Pliskova 6-3 5-7 0-1 Rybarikova
I spent the best part of an hour telling you all why Pliskova is on to be number one in the world, and then she had 20 minutes or so showing us all why she isn't.
A set and a break up, and she lost the second set. Mental toughness, a question mark? All credit to Magdalena Rybarikova though, who ended that second set superbly.
And she wins the opener of the third too.
Third seeds Jamie Murray and Bruno Soares have got their Wimbledon campaign off to the best possible start.
They've come through their first round match 7-6 (9-7) 6-2 6-4 against Czech pair Roman Jebavy and Jiri Vesley.

This is very interesting, I thought it would be a tough two-set win for Pliskova after that break in the second set but you saw the nerves creep in. Rybarikova got forward when she could and was applying the pressure.
As you may have just read, Bethanie Mattek-Sands has had to retire with a really horrendous-sounding injury on court 17. That match against Sorana Cirstea was going to a third set decider before it was halted.
Meanwhile, former French Open champion Garbine Muguruza is a set to the good against Yanina Wickmayer on court three.
