    Fourth set in the bag.

Get the snacks in. We're going for the full-on five setter!

I just made a 'pewwwwwwww' sound - like they do in the cartooons - to help describe a Cilic forehand winner. It had so much whip and whistle on it.

We go to deuce and Nadal forces the ball wide to hand Cilic a set point.

This is the time for Cilic to apply pressure and break, so he can start serving in the fifth.

It feels like Nadal is assessing how bad the injury is while he's playing the points.

Nadal pulls out the hotdog! Damn, that's good. But it doesn't beat Cilic who's ready and waiting at the net.

A 15th backhand winner down the line from the world number six makes it 40-15 and although he mucks up at the net to give Rafa a faint hope, Cilic powers a huge forehand winner cross-court to hold.

  6. Three break points savedpublished at 11:42 Greenwich Mean Time 23 January 2018

    Nadal 6-3 3-6 7-6 (7-5) 2-4 Cilic*

Both players are back out on court, and Cilic remains unfazed by the gap in play. He moves 0-30 up before bringing up three break points.

The first goes amiss when Cilic lands a forehand wide, and then Nadal overpowers him with a big serve.

Cilic tries to chase down a Nadal volley and although he makes it, he's wrong-footed by the Spaniard again.

Three break points gone, and Nadal goes on to hold. That is a terrifying response from the man who just needed a medical time out.

Whilst Rafa gets a rub down, Cilic is doing some serious squats.

Bend and snap, Marin. Bend and snap.

Now then, we're going to have a quick break in play.

Rafael Nadal's called the trainer out to look at something. He's taking some tablets for what appears to be a hip/thigh problem.

The world number one is now lying on the court and having an intense bit of physio to try and solve the issue.

Marin Cilic isn't instinctive - he's dexterous. There's a little more shimmy about him these days.

Ridiculous from Cilic. His crowd-pleasing shot sends his partner wild in the players' box!

The big man dips down low to pick up an unlikely winner and he holds for a 4-1 lead in the fourth.

Strap yourselves in, we could be going all the way.

    What. A. Rally.

After 23 shots, a tired-looking Cilic pokes a backhand into the partition.

He recovers to bring up a single break point.

HE'S GOT IT. Marin Cilic finds the line with a swinging forehand. He's a break up.

    *Nadal 6-3 3-6 7-6 (7-5) 1-1 Cilic

Marin Cilic isn't getting tired or bored of the big serves. He throws down another banger for 40-15.

Unfortunately for the Croat, he hits over the baseline on the next point and then slaps the net for deuce. A bit of a waste.

A gorgeous volley gives the world number six the advantage but then he double faults again. Back to deuce.

Marin Cilic has forgotten about the disappointment of that tie-break, and has commandeered a 0-30 lead on Nadal's serve.

Oh, no. Wait. The Spaniard has taken it back to 30-30.

Nadal goes on to hold. Game face on.

I see no reason why Cilic can't take the next two sets. If he continues to serve well and return well - he's been returning brilliantly tonight.

A hold to 15 sets the world number six on his way.
