He should have joined in with our breakfast club. We had pain au chocolat!

Novak is just winning his service games much easier. Rafa has to put in so much effort to just hang in there in this second set. I wonder how much longer he'll be able to keep up that intensity.

Nadal is standing so far back to recieve serve that he's going to end up sitting on someone's knee in the crowd.

Hello! A rare point for Rafa on the Djokovic serve, as the Serb flops a backhand into the net for 15-15.

Nadal has another chance to wrongfoot Djokovic but he spanks his forehand long, and a huge first serve wraps up a comfy hold.

Nadal is even finger-wagging at the ball kid. Everything seems out of sync in the world of Rafael Nadal at the moment. People's eyes are popping out. They can't believe what they are seeing. Nadal is clinching his teeth together in stress.

I don't think Djokovic is playing out of his mind, he is just playing at that level he has been playing since Wimbledon. He is just winning everything. It is the level he is able to produce on hard court.

It just doesn't feel like the shots are coming cleanly off Nadal's racquet.

He tries to block a Djokovic volley that is clearly drifting long and instead he ends up dumping the ball into the net for 15-30.

And then he promptly makes an outrageous angled forehand to draw level at 30-30.

That's better from Nadal, stepping forward for an inside-out forehand winner, but Djokovic sends a screamer of a backhand cross-court for 30-30.

A big first serve from Nadal, going down the T, gets him within touching distance of a hold, and a whip down the line tidies things up.
