The men's doubles gets under way today, and while the Murray brothers, with their partners, are undoubtedly the star attractions, they don't play until tomorrow. But, keep an eye out for two future stars of British tennis on Court 11 today.

Paul Jubb, 19, and Jack Draper, 17, face a tough first round match against second seeds Robert Farah and Juan Sebastian Cabal a little later on. We know all about Jubb from his singles defeat yesterday, but what about Draper?

Well, he reached the junior singles final here in 2018 and, despite not making it through singles qualifying for the main draw this year, firmly believes he can make it to the very top of the men's game in the years to come.

I spoke to him a couple of weeks ago and you can read that piece here.

That is one of the best performances court 12 has seen in many years.

I think the entire crowd, as we are, were in awe of Victoria Azarenka there.

Victoria Azarenka has rinsed and returned Ajla Tomljanovic.

A huge win for the Belarusian, who is back up to 40th in the world after the birth of her son in late 2016.

She could play former world number one Simona Halep next, which would be one of the matches of the third round.=

    Svitolina 5-7 1-3 Gasparyan*

We are closing in on our first shock of the day with Elina Svitolina, the eighth seed, in a world of trouble.

She lost the first set and is now a break down in the second with Margarita Gasparyan needing three games to reach the Wimbledon third round for the first time.

The Russian, who has had three surgeries on her left knee, has also not made the third round of any Grand Slam since getting to round four of the Australian Open in 2016.

That is insanity. That last point was so good from Victoria Azarenka. So good.

Her defence was incredible. She's back at an amazing level.

Ajla Tomljanovic actually played pretty well but it just keeps coming back.

Christopher O Ruairc: I think that Ajla Tomljanovic‘s ball suits her but Victoria Azarenka is playing some beautiful, controlled tennis. Some of the best tennis that I have seen all year. Great shape on her shots and very confident at the sidelines. Really impressed by her today.

I’ve just bumped into the lovely Sonia and George, who are here all the way from Sydney, Australia.

They’re currently travelling the world for seven months as part of their “Senior Gap Year”, and as you can see, they’re taking in all the Grand Slams!

This is their first time at Wimbledon and they say it is “fabulous”.

“As a kid I grew up watching Wimbledon in the middle of the night in winter with the heaters on, so to be here is really special,” Sonia says.

Stan Wawrinka is having to scrap and scrape to get anything out of the Reilly Opelka serve.

One break point chance for the Swiss is swatted aside with a 137mph Opelka tee-off.

But a forehand into the net from the American gives Stan a break in the second set.

Andy Murray's mixed doubles partnership has got his mum's approval.

While Judy Murray was serving some coffees to fans in the queue this morning, she told us: "It's fantastic. What an opportunity, it will be great fun.

I"t looks like a really strong partnership – obviously! They’ve both got good form in singles and doubles so hopefully they can be the perfect match."

Some excellent race-walking technique employed to keep the right side of the Wimbledon rules that forbid running while still getting a place on their target court.

    *Wawrinka 5-7 1-1 Opelka

Reilly Opelka has a bazooka of a serve, but he also has a lovely delicate front-court touch.

The American teases a delicious dropper out of Stan Wawrinka's reach and then muffles a volley perfectly to win the next point.
