She's faced a big barrage of winners from Victoria Azarenka and now she's starting to throw in a few unforced errors, too.

  9. 'I'm not good enough to play doubles with Murray!'published at 11:39 British Summer Time 3 July 2019

    Svitolina v Gasparyan

    Jonathan Jurejko
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

Andy Murray may have found a mixed doubles partner now (you might have heard), but Elina Svitolina says she didn't get a text from the Scot - because she reckons she's not a "great" doubles player!

That was despite her English coach Andrew Bettles, who knows Murray, dropping him a text...

"The text was that I was available but my ranking shows I'm not a good doubles player!" laughed the Ukrainian eighth seed.

"I think the conversation ended there...!"

    Wawrinka 5-4 *Opelka

The serve stats are crazy-high in the Stan Wawrinka v Reilly Opelka match.

So far there have only been 36 of 40 points won by the server.

Wawrinka has won 92% of points behind his first serve. Opelka has won 100% of points when he has landed his initial tee-off

  11. Azarenka in the moodpublished at 11:37 British Summer Time 3 July 2019

    *Azarenka 5-2 Tomljanovic

    Dan Lobb
    BBC Sport commentator at Wimbledon

When Victoria Azarenka is in this kind of mood, playing this brand of tennis she is so difficult to counter. She's going to be in control of every rally.

  12. Another break for Azarenkapublished at 11:37 British Summer Time 3 July 2019

    *Azarenka 5-2 Tomljanovic

Unseeded Victoria Azarenka is aiming to reach the third round of a Grand Slam for the first time in 2019 and she is in great shape to as she now has a double break and is soon to be serving for the first set.

A very handy recovery after being 2-0 down early on.

  13. 'Azarenka one of the best returners in the game'published at 11:31 British Summer Time 3 July 2019

    *Azarenka 3-2 Tomljanovic

    Louise Pleming
Former professional tennis player at Wimbledon

I like to see Victoria Azarenka moving forward. She's not that comfortable coming to the net but when she does it's so effective. It brings variation to her game.

Azarenka is one of the best returners in the game so Ajla Tomljanovic will be feeling a lot of pressure when she's on serve.

  14. Azarenka goes from 2-0 down to 3-2 uppublished at 11:31 British Summer Time 3 July 2019

    *Azarenka 3-2 Tomljanovic

Victoria Azarenka was quickly 2-0 down but is now 3-2 ahead with a break.

She was 0-40 on Ajla Tomljanovic's serve and the Australian, after an epic rally from the baselines, got a bit of fortune with the ball clipping the tape and gently falling over to save the first break point but then drags a forehand wide on the second.

    Azarenka 2-2 Tomljanovic*

We know Victoria Azarenka can get a little tight on the second serve and that's not helped by the fact Ajla Tomljanovic is always coming forward, looking to attack her second serve.

Former world number one Victoria Azarenka is one of those in early action on Wednesday.

The 2011 and 2012 Wimbledon semi-finalist was broken early on, but then won the last game to get an instant break back against Australia's Ajla Tomljanovic, who knocked out 29th seed Daria Kasatkina on Monday.

    Katie Falkingham
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

For all the fans swarming through the gates, the Aorangi Park practice courts are a popular first stop on their way around the grounds.

They're not allowed in, of course, so everyone peers over the walls and through every nook and cranny they can find to try and catch a glimpse of their favourite players.

Some players will come over to sign autographs and take selfies, while others are focused on the task at hand and simply give a nod or a wave in acknowledgement.

I'll leave it to you to guess which players fit in which category...
