Dart 4-5 Parry*
The crowd cheer the players back on to the court, doing their best to inspire Dart.
That's a promising start! A disguised forehand gets the Briton up and running.
Dart 4-5 Parry*
Harriet Dart lets rip on the forehand for 15-15 as she looks to keep herself alive in the opening set of her Wimbledon campaign.
Purposeful hitting from the Briton, but it's once again Parry who edges ahead to move two points from the set.
Huge shot! Dart diverts a forehand wide and it's perfect, catching the line and skidding out of reach. She fights back to get the hold and she'll have one more shot at breaking Parry.
Rublev 6-3 Purcell
Michael Emons
BBC Sport at Wimbledon
World number seven Andrey Rublev has the first set in the bag after breaking the serve of Australian opponent Max Purcell in the sixth game.
It’s got a bit cold on Court Three though with some miserable looking clouds overhead. The first delay of the championships may not be too far away.
*Dart 3-5 Parry
Harriet Dart offers herself a few words of encouragement as she reaches 30-30 and looks to create another opportunity on the Parry serve.
She follows her opponent to deuce and there's still a chance here for the Briton - but the crowd feel Dart's frustration as Parry wriggles free to move within reach of the first set.
Pegula 6-2 0-0 Davis*
Grass has not been Jess Pegula's favourite surface down the years - indeed, no top-20 player has won fewer matches on grass than the fourth seed.
But the American has raced through the opening set in 27 minutes against compatriot and world number 46 Lauren Davis on Court Two.
Dart 3-4 Parry*
Efficient! A couple of excellent winners from Harriet Dart put her on course for a love hold, to swiftly put the pressure back on Diane Parry.
Rublev 5-2 Purcell*
Michael Emons
BBC Sport at Wimbledon
Andrey Rublev gets the first break of the match against Max Purcell of Australia on Court Three.
Some superb forehands from the baseline create the opportunity and Purcell then nets to put the world number seven in charge of the opener.
Rublev's only got one challenge left though in this set after he lost two of them in the space of three points - the second of them shown as out by millimetres, which brought a chuckle from everyone, including the player himself.
Purcell has just failed to take a break-point chance, meaning Rublev is one game away from the opening set.
*Dart 2-4 Parry
Diane Parry recovers to game point and, after Harriet Dart stops a rally to challenge the lack of a call - which confirms Parry's shot did catch the baseline - the Frenchwoman gets across the line with a well-taken volley to protect her first set advantage.
It's much better from Dart, but there's still a lot of work to do.
Dart 2-3 Parry*
Matt Chilton
Commentator on BBC TV
Good play from Dart again. The self-belief is back.
A great finish to that game. She has found her rhythm now.
Dart 2-3 Parry*
A clenched fist from Harriet Dart, who is absolutely dialled in now.
She gets to 0-30 as she aims to restore parity, and narrowly misses the baseline with a terrific attempt on the forehand from the back of the court.
She's swinging freely - and luck is also now on her side too. A backhand catches the top of the net and evades Parry to set up a break point.
Dart 2-3 Parry*
It may have taken her a few games, but Harriet Dart has shaken off those early nerves and found her rhythm.
She's dictating points now and a comfortable hold, to 15, brings her back into contention in this opening set.
Game on.

Dart is a very good grass-court player.
She will work this out, she will get into it as much as she can.
*Dart 1-3 Parry
A huge cheer from the court 12 crowd - Harriet Dart is up and running!
The Briton breaks back, and she does so in style, recovering from 30-0 down with some well worked points to get herself on the scoreboard and bring those in the stands around her into the match.
You can currently find live streams of the action from 16 courts on BBC iPlayer.
That includes American Jessica Pegula over on court two, and Andrey Rublev on court three.
Dart 0-3 Parry*
Jess Anderson
BBC Sport at Wimbledon
A tough start for Britain's Harriet Dart who finds herself a double-break down in these early stages.
We have had a few glimpses of some lovely, powerful shots, though which the crowd have been enjoying.
They try to help the home player on her way with a few cries of 'come on Harriet!' but her second serve to close out her first game is weak and Diane Parry hammers a forehand return which sparks 'ooohs' from the crowd.
Can Dart get herself back into this contest?
Dart 0-3 Parry*
Jo Durie
Former British number one on BBC TV
It’s very confident from Parry. She has slotted right in.
She has an all-court game, it is nice to see.
Dart 0-3 Parry*
A nicely executed forehand suggests Harriet Dart is warming up and beginning to settle in.
The Briton looks set for her first game at 40-15, but Diane Parry is able to haul her back to deuce after pouncing on an inviting second serve.
The Frenchwoman has the early momentum and maintains her superiority in the opening exchanges to break Dart for a second time.
*Rublev 1-1 Purcell
Michael Emons
BBC Sport at Wimbledon
Over on Court Three and it's more than three quarters full as Russia's world number seven Andrey Rublev begins his campaign against Australia's Max Purcell - ranked 62nd.
Rublev reached the fourth round here in 2021, but was unable to compete last year with Russians and Belarusians banned following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
He has been outspoken against the war and wrote the words "No War Please" on a camera lens after reaching the final of the Dubai Championships in February 2022.
Rublev has reached the quarter-finals of the other three Grand Slams but never any further. Will this fortnight turn out to be a career best?
For Purcell, he is aiming for his first main draw win at Wimbledon after losing in the first round of his only other appearance last year.
*Dart 0-2 Parry
Some early nerves perhaps limiting Harriet Dart at the start here.
Parry moves 30-0 up but Dart is able to work her way back into contention, before her opponent gets to safety with a superb forehand into the corner.
Important game coming up for Dart as she looks to gain a foothold.
