    *Medvedev 6-3 6-3 1-2 Mannarino

    Michael Emons
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

Mannarino opts to mix things up in the third set with an underarm serve. But it's a rubbish attempt, barely reaching the net. It gives everyone a chuckle though, including the umpire.

The world number 35 then saves two break points, the second with him coming on top in a fine rally to take it deuce. To Mannarino's relief he then holds his serve so that underarm serve doesn't hurt him.

Andrew: The serving in that first set from both players, in particular during that crucial tiebreak, was exceptional. Tsitsipas was the man who executed better on the big points.

This is the Stefanos Tsitsipas who we saw break through a few years ago.

The court coverage, the wingspan, the retrieving, the winners.

It all came together at a pivotal time to take the mini-break which ultimately led to the set.

Murray tried to pepper the backhand but the Greek, after turning defence into attack, came up with a forehand winner from the heavens.

An uphill task for Andy Murray then - but it was never going to be plain sailing was it?
