    Norrie 3-6 5-2 Eubanks*

Chris Eubanks shakes his head as he puts a return long at 15-15. He pulls it back to take the next point with a fizzing backhand but then sweeps a return long before Cameron Norrie hits an ace to hold.

He's a game away from taking this second set.

After Andy Murray clinched the third set to move one more from victory over Stefanos Tsitsipas, the match was curtailed at 22:39 BST because of the restrictions put in place by the local council.

What is in store when they return to court this afternoon, this time in the daylight with the roof wide open?

Serbia's Laslo Djere awaits either Britain's two-time champion or Tsitsipas in round three, following his four-set win over American Ben Shelton.

A victory for Murray would bring up his 200th Grand Slam match-win.

    Have you recovered?

    More importantly, have the players?

While Andy Murray took a nasty looking slip before battling on to take the third set against Stefanos Tsitsipas last night, the 11pm curfew coming into force means the Greek fifth has now played on four successive days after his first round match against Dominic Thiem was suspended by rain.

The pair will be back on Centre Court shortly to play out the conclusion of their gripping second round contest.

It had a bit of everything, as it so often tends to when Mr Murray is involved...

A return to form for Chris Eubanks as he powers through his serve.

He claims a ninth ace of the match, tucking it into the corner and even when Cameron Norrie is able to return he's up close to the net to put a fine volley out of reach.

    Much better from the American.

    Alcaraz 6-4 7-6 (7-2) 6-3 Muller

A brave effort from world number 84 Alexandre Muller, but Carlos Alcaraz, having made a few errors early in the opening set and having to save three break points early on, then proved too good.

He moves into round three after a tie that kept a packed Centre Court fully entertained.

Alcaraz, 20, has now won his first match on Centre Court - it is probably the first of many victories here.

Into round three he goes, with either Jason Kubler of Australia or 25th seed Nicolas Tarry of Chile next up.

    *Alcaraz 6-4 7-6 (7-2) 6-3 Muller

Alcaraz saves the break point and brings himself back to match point with an unreturnable serve.

And this time he gets it with a forehand winner which Alexandre Muller can only try and reach.

    *Norrie 3-6 2-0 Eubanks

Chris Eubanks will be disappointed at some of the points he gave up in that last game, but he's digging deep now as he tries to break back immediately.

There's oohs and ahhs from the crowd for a rally that features three net strikes as both glide shots just over before Eubanks takes the point and it is deuce.

    *Alcaraz 6-4 7-6 (7-2) 5-3 Muller

Oh what happened there? I think Alcaraz thought Muller wouldn't be able to return that fiery serve, but he does!

And then it's a break point for the Frenchman as Alcaraz makes another mistake.

For the first time today, we see Eubanks become a little flustered.

He’s come forward to the net again and not been able to deftly pick up as he intended.

That leads to a frustrated flick of his wrist and a look towards his box.

Norrie back in the groove. This already feels like a big service game for the Brit.

Chris Eubanks gets a bit of luck as a forehand return grazes the top of the net to catch out Cameron Norrie before a beautiful backhand brings things level.
