My golden ticket arrived and I’m in! Just in time to hear the end of a Liza Minnelli medley, and the beginning of a stunning classical number from German couple Kavita Lorenz and Joti Polizoakis.

Rowan had a terrible concussion and then a really bad ankle injury, so she's struggled to find her mojo. But to be here, what an inspiration she is.

If I go with my heart, I have to say, why can't she win a medal? It's the Olympics, she's skiing really well, it's about impressing the judges and putting down a solid run. My head says the medals are probably out of reach for these games, but she has a solid foundation to build on and I actually think she could go all the way in four years time.

The beauty of the Olympics is that you have 12 riders who are all bossing it, who knows what can happen on the day?

    Women’s halfpipe final

    Anna Thompson
    BBC Sport in Pyeongchang

It’s lovely and sunny at Phoenix Park and only a gentle breeze blowing so that won’t put the skiers off.

Remember, they compete in the reverse order to where they finished in qualifying so Rowan Cheshire will be fourth to drop and Canada’s Cassie Sharpe will be last to go.

You may be used to this format by now, but if not, I'll remind you.

There are 12 competitors in the final and each get three runs down the snowy tube. They will be judged on the tricks they perform, with their best score counting.

Figure skating is so in demand that even accreditated media people need a special golden ticket. Mine is inside the building. I am outside the building. Start without me, guys. Oh, you have.

This has been very well managed by the British team but they have also been helped by mistakes from Norway skip Thomas Ulsrud.

Things are looking very good at the halfway point in this difficult match - one that GB really have to win.

    Great Britain 6-3 Norway

Nicely played by Great Britain. Norway can only use the hammer to take one point, meaning they are three points down at the halfway point. The site of Norwegians brooms being thrown to the floor as they leave you ice tells you much about the state of these two teams.

Two stones left for Norway, one for GB. Annoyingly for Britain, Norway have stones at each side of the house, just inside the scoring zone. Kyle Smith must be careful...

Why did they think it was a good idea to turn up to the FA Cup final dressed like a group of barber-shop singers? Then again, when Roger Federer wore a white blazer, everyone thought he'd redefined the laws of style.

I'm told that Norgewian skip Thomas Ulsrud is getting plenty of, erm, admiration from certain sections of our audience. He must be handsome to be able to look presentable in that Norwegian kit. There's a break at the conclusion of this fifth end. GB are controlling it nicely, not giving the Norwegians the chance to score big.

GB restore leadpublished at 01:03 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February 2018

    Great Britain 6-2 Norway

That's delightful from GB skip Kyle Smith. The deft touch of a new mother, he delicately curls the final stone into the centre of the house, brushing aside a Norwegian stone and giving his side two more points. GB's four-point lead is restored.
