This is now starting to compress in certain places. It's going to be a good finish as we come into the last run.

Can't help but think if we build a purpose-built speed skating rink, like we did with cycling and the velodrome in Manchester, there are a lot of medals available for GB in the one sport and not too many nations competing. Let's start a campaign to build a long track speed skating rink!

There are maybe three or four more that could jump ahead of Mica McNeill. She could end up dropping into 10th.
Team pursuit
The men's and women's team pursuit is back under way but we don't have any medal races for around another hour.

This is Mica McNeill's 11th run on the track and everyone else has had 40-45. The British didn't come here to train so that's that little bit of inexperience on the track.
Women's bobsleigh
Never say never, with one run still to come, but I think you can park any hopes and dreams of Team GB moving up the lists after that ragged run.
Next team down, Canada, are easily faster.
Women's bobsleigh
Sideways! Sideways from Mica McNeill. That could be that - they stay sixth but are now over a second off the lead.
More importantly, they could well lose places after a 51.16 run. Comfortably their worst yet.
Women's bobsleigh
A clean, if not rapid, start from the two Micas.

There's definitely an opportunity here for Mica Moore and Mica McNeill to make some progress.
Women's bobsleigh
Watch at the top of the page. Here come Mica McNeill and Mica Moore. Can they improve on sixth?
Kaillie Humphries does indeed move up to third. Over to you, GB.
Women's bobsleigh
Canada next. Two-time gold medallist Kaillie Humphries will fancy moving up here.
Women's bobsleigh
A reminder that Mica McNeill and Mica Moore of GB are out sixth in this third run. So not the next one, but the one after that.
Jamie Greubel Poser does indeed go third.

Stephanie Schneider has not had a particularly smart run. It's a costly third run.
Women's bobsleigh
The US sled driven by Jamie Greubel Poser is on next. Can she move ahead of the Germans and into third?
Women's bobsleigh
Third up, Stephanie Schneider has a poor run (relatively speaking) as she loses time, now half a second back. That could cost her bronze.

This is lining-up for another absolutely corking finish. A couple of little mistakes but that leads the Americans in to a good final run.
Women's bobsleigh
Here comes the American sled in second place. Elana Taylor was fast but ragged yesterday and she is again - a track record again! 50.46.
She's still second but only four hundredths back...

I think it will be a really good night for the Brits. They are very relaxed, they have no pressure on their shoulders and can go out and have fun and get a great result.
Don’t change anything, they will not be able to change the start, they are physically where they are at. It’s their physicality and speed against the top nations which is where they struggle, they need to keep the same drive.
Don’t change anything.
I think it would be a lot of other mistakes from other people for them to push into the bronze medal. If people make big mistakes they are ready to pounce so why not?

That's the way to do it! A track record first up as Mariama Jamanka goes down in 50.49 seconds!
