Anastasia Tatalina puts down a 89.75 on her second run to move into fourth, just ahead of GB's Kirsty Muir.
It also means Katie Summerhayes drops a place to 10th going into the final run.
Curling mixed doubles
Italy edge Canada 8-7 to complete a perfect round robin stage, with nine wins from nine matches.
So, it all means Italy are followed by Norway, Great Britain and Sweden in the semi-finals.
GB will therefore meet Norway, who they lost to on Sunday, while Italy face Sweden.

Both British women have got two solid runs in the bag and will be pleased with their efforts so far to try and get into the final.
There’s been a few spills and you could hear the audible gasps when home favourite Eileen Gu lost her ski on landing.
The pressure is now on her to land her third run.

A HUGE 91.25 from Canada's Megan Oldham.
It puts her into first place with a combined score of 171.25, ahead of Tess Ledeux's 171.00.
GB's Kirsty Muir sits fourth, on 156.25, while Katie Summerhayes is ninth.
The headline so far in the women's giant slalom is that the USA's Mikaela Shiffrin is OUT.

The Czech Republic beat China 8-6, while Italy and Canada are currently tied at 7-7.
