Eileen Gu has lost a ski!
The pressure is on for the doyenne of the Beijing Olympics.
But she is impressively relaxed about dropping that.

Women's giant slalom
A time of one minute 01.40 leaves Alex Tilley in 28th spot after her first run.
That's 3.87 seconds slower than leader Sara Hector.
Women's giant slalom
Here comes Alex Tilley.
The Briton said she felt top-15 was a possibility in Beijing. What can she do here?

Big flat 1080 from Tess Ledeux - let's go of the double grab a little bit early.
You want to be landing on that second blue line.
More than 10 points daylight between her and second place - with a jump to spare.
Exactly the position you want to be in.
Women's big air qualification
How has Eileen Gu stayed upright there!
The Chinese 18-year-old loses a ski on a landing but manages to use her remaining one to style it out.
Impressive, but it means just a 24.50 and the pressure is on her final run.
Women's big air qualification
France's Tess Ledeux reclaims top spot with her second run.
It's not quite as good as her first, but it's solid for 80.50 to put daylight between herself and Switzerland's Mathilde Gremaud.

The USA are just edging themselves back into this match having been 5-1 down. A nice steal there and they're just one down with two to play.
GB powerplay incoming...

Three runs and the best two jumps will count.
The judges will want to see variation and you have to be spinning both ways.
Curling mixed doubles: USA 4-5 GB
A final stone for USA in the sixth end, Vicky Persinger doesn't look too happy with how that has fallen.
They do have a red on the button as Jen Dodds lines up her final stone... and the USA get the single to move within one of GB.

In terms of what she's done in training, grazing her face and having to wear sunnies, Anastasia Tatalina is five points up on Katie Summerhayes.
The Russian Olympic Committee athlete's run has pushed Katie Summerhayes down to 12th after the first runs. Right on the bubble.
Women's giant slalom
Sweden's Sara Hector remains at the top of the standings in the women's giant slalom with her speedy 57.56-second run.
We've had 18 athletes so far, with GB's Alex Tilley the 35th to take this slope on.

Look at the bent pole!
Maggie Voisin did well not to come through that pole. She plants and it comes straight through her arm.
She just flew about 25m through the air and landed on her back - and she's laughing.
Women's big air qualification
Kirsty Muir remains in second place following her superb opening run, while fellow Briton Katie Summerhayes sits 10th.
Three riders to go in the first of three runs.

What a takeout from Bruce Mouat in that end.
It was met with a woop and 'Aww Bruuuuce' from some of the Team GB contingent watching in the stands.
A couple of nice stones from the US, though, and they get two on their powerplay.
Curling mixed doubles: USA 3-5 GB
Bruce Mouat leaves two yellows in the house with GBs penultimate stone.
Jen Dodds plants another in the house, but that's a fine final shot from Vicky Persinger to seal a double for the USA and reduce the gap to 5-3 after five ends.

Both British women landed their first runs safely and Kirsty Muir gets the crowds clapping as she executed a 1260 to score 89.25. Katie Summerhayes opts for a 900 tailgrab. Remember each skier has to perform two different runs out of three to be scored. The two scores are added together and the top 12 advance to the final. As we’ve seen with snowboard slopestyle, it’s a big task to even make the final.
Women's giant slalom
Mikaela Shiffrin DNFs in a giant slalom for the first time since Jan. 23, 2018, ending a 30-race streak in the discipline.

Bruce Mouat is sitting at 98% accuracy for draws in this match.
The feeling is he's yet to hit his best form in these Games despite progression.
What a time to start hitting your straps.

Kirsty Muir is a bit of a dark horse. She's had this trick in her locker for a couple of years.
She's saying to the judges 'I'm going upside down twice'!
She has improved so much in the last couple of years, a humble kid working hard in the background.
Women's big air qualification
A double 1260! HUGE.
What a start that is from Kirsty Muir.
89.25! She leaps up to second in the standings.
A beaming smile - and a big statement.
