Japan's Coco Yoshizawa absolutely nails her fourth trick to gasps, oooh's and ahhh's from the crowd.
A monumental score of 96.49 shoots the 14-year-old into top spot where she knocks off compatriot Liz Akama.
The battle for gold is back on! Both skaters have one more trick left to impress but it's all on Akama to deliver.
We're into the final round of tricks.

Funa Nakayama, bronze medalist in Tokyo three years ago, falls out of her trick and she looks absolutely gutted on the concrete of the skate park at Place de la Concorde. That's her medal chances gone.
Australia's Chloe Covell is in the same boat and the 14-year-old will also miss out.
Who will be the last skater standing?
USA 58-49 Serbia
You would not believe that LeBron James is 39-years-old when you are watching him. His athleticism puts me to shame!
Serbia were struggling in the first quarter but they have gathered themselves quickly and MVP Jokic has got them back in the game.
The USA have been outstanding from three-point range in this half. They are making it look effortless.
There has been some confusion due to a malfunction with the clock, so that has now been reset just before the end of this quarter.
At half-time, the defending champions lead Serbia by nine points.

Have we just witnessed the gold medal performance?
A stunning display from Jessica Fox, who struggled in the semi-finals but has come roaring back in the medal race to put down an incredible marker as she seeks a first Olympic title in this event.
A reminder Fox won C1 gold in Tokyo, but in K1 won silver in 2012 before bronze in both 2016 and 2020. She really, really wants this.
The crowd then roar Frenchwoman Camille Prigent on - a spectacular noise hits us from the main stand opposite - and she moves into silver at the halfway stage.

Olympic bronze medallist on BBC TV
That is what we expect to see from Jessica Fox. That was an excellent display of kayak slalom paddling.
Then she really built throughout that middle section, coming out of gate eight you really saw the power that she puts in.
She also has the ability to just whip the boat round, which is something she has that not everyone else does.
Women's kayak singles final
Great Britain's Kimberley Woods was the third fastest in the kayak singles semi-finals, meaning she will be the third last competitor to set off.
Australia's Jessica Fox didn't have the best semi-final, but she has stormed into the gold medal position here.

After three tricks a piece, Japan's Liz Akama remains in top spot with China's Ciu Chenxi in second and United States Poe Pinson in third.
The skaters have just two more attempts to showcase their best trick and potentially put themselves among the medals.
It's now or never for some of them after a couple of scratched tricks. It's time to throw it all out there.
Tennis - men's singles first round: Fucsovics 1-6 6-4 4-6 Nadal
It will be Rafael Nadal versus Novak Djokovic in the second round of the men's singles.
Nadal has just completed a hard-fought win over Hungary's Marton Fucsovics.
The Spaniard breezed through the opening set, but Fucsovics fought back to force the match into a deciding set.
Nadal gained the crucial break of serve in the fifth game of the set.
It will be 22-time Grand Slam champion Nadal against 24-time Grand Slam winner Djokovic. If you've got a ticket for that one you'll feel like you've won the lottery.

There are A LOT of Brazil fans here creating a carnival atmosphere with their flags waving and Rayssa Leal has them on their feet with a massive 92.88 in her second trick to put herself second...For now.
Liz Akama still sits top of the pile after a 92.62 on her second trick.
The tension is rising. The skaters have to work out which of their tricks they're going to execute.
Do you go high-difficulty and risk crashing out? Or do you keep it simple and secure a solid score?
The pressure is high, the nerves are high. Who can hold their nerve?
Women's kayak singles final
So can Kimberley Woods get herself a medal in the kayak singles final? Here's all you need to know about the canoe slalom event...
Canoe slalom, a feature of the Games since 1972, is a timed run on a white-water course.
This discipline includes events raced in canoe (C) and kayak (K) boats.
Slalom courses include up to 25 gates which the athletes must attempt to navigate, with downstream gates marked green and upstream gates coloured red.
A two-second time penalty is incurred for touching a gate, while there is a 50-second penalty for missing one.
