When we spoke to Toby Roberts here yesterday he said he wasn't sure how he was going to celebrate his gold medal because he wanted to be back here to support his British team-mate Erin McNeice.

Well he's been true to his word. The 19-year-old is here.

McNeice will go second in this lead part of the competition.

She resumes just 0.2 points off the bronze medal position so, with 100 points available on this wall, it all comes down to this.

I was really impressed watching Nathan Hales' gold medal in the Men's Trap shooting, only missing two shots in the final. My only experience firing a gun is in videogames, but would love to give it a try!

The climbing! Gripping (pun intended). You can take the breaking away, no obvious point system.

Britain's Charley Hull has started the final round of the women's golf well, shooting two-under-par after five holes.

Sadly it's likely to be too little too late, with the 28-year-old still 12 shots off leaders Morgane Metraux and Lydia Ko overall.

Switzerland's Metraux and New Zealand's Ko, who are both on nine-under, tee off at 12:39 BST alongside American Rose Zhang, who is two shots further back.

  11. Watch: GB's Emile Cairess finish fourth in marathonpublished at 11:06 British Summer Time 10 August

    Men's marathon

What an effort from GB's Emile Cairess, who briefly led the men's marathon before fading into the pack, but recovered in the closing stages to finish fourth. It is Team GB's best result in the men's marathon for 20 years.

Ethiopia's Tamirat Tola took gold, with Belgium's Bashir Abdi taking silver and Kenya's Benson Kipruto bronze.

Phew! By the skin of his teeth, Noah Williams has made it through to the final despite a messy final dive. He finishes 12th to just make the cut with a total of 400.90, just 0.25 ahead of the next competitor - it could hardly have been any closer.

Meanwhile, Kyle Kothari, after that low score for his second dive, booked his spot much more comfortably by finishing sixth. He has not looked back since that early mistake, delivering a wonderful back two and a half somersaults with two and a half twists on his final dive to finish with 443.55.

China's Cao Yuan and Yang Hao were miles ahead of the field on 504.00 and 490.55 - to put that into context, even if some of the others had an extra dive they would not score enough to catch them.

'The support was mental'published at 11:00 British Summer Time 10 August

    Men's marathon

    Emile CairessImage source, Getty Images

Emile Cairess has been speaking to BBC after finishing fourth in the men's marathon earlier today.

On the race: "It was a good race. I tried to just pace myself and be sensible and keep myself cool and just try and finish well.

"I think I'm good in hills. I come from Yorkshire so I used to do fell running and it comes quite natural running uphill anyway.

"I just didn't want to leave anything on the course and really give my best and give 100 per cent to the race and have no regrets."

On the crowd: "The support was mental, it was really good but my other two marathons have been London and the support has been great there, so it was kind of similar. I want to thank my mum, my girlfriend, all of the coaches I've had, Phil and my uncle Paul. This one is for him."

On the team: "Well done boys, we did it together. We all put so much work in. We wouldn't be where we are without each other.

"It was really nice we could do this together and share it. We've been working for a long time."
