Samisoni Fisilau: Jersey boss Biljon hails Tongan's impact

Jersey head coach Harvey Biljon has praised the impact of new scrum-half Samisoni Fisilau.

The Tonga international , external and started the 26-19 win at Doncaster on Saturday.

"He did very well on his debut for us," Biljon told BBC Radio Jersey.

"We've got some young scrum-halves that are still learning their trade and someone with a little bit of experience and composure with regards to his game-management came through."

The victory, which was only Jersey's third league win of the season, moved them up to eighth in the Championship, 13 points clear of bottom-of-the-table Plymouth Albion.
