Marek Churcher: Redruth boss wants improved mental approach
- Published
Redruth boss Marek Churcher says his side must ensure their mental approach is right if they are to continue their good start to the season.
The Reds have won five of their first six games to lie fourth in the table.
"We've targeted the first 10 minutes of every game and we seem to go to sleep after that," Churcher said.
"The boys get really excited and then not sticking to the structures and the processes they go a bit off script," he told BBC Radio Cornwall.
"So at the minute it's just a challenge mentally to stay within those structures and trust the processes.
"But that will come, we've still got a youngish team with some old heads in it, we're only six games into the season so we can't get too carried away."
