It's been a good start to the Six Nations for Scotland, who have just defeated Italy 31-19 at Murrayfield.

It looked a bit ropey for a while after Italy levelled the game at 19-19, but Huw Jones completed his hat-trick to give the Scots a win to open their campaign.

It's usually pretty spicy when England take on Ireland and last year was no exception.

With the clock in the red, Marcus Smith kicked a last-gasp drop goal to give England a famous 23-22 win at Twickenham.

Ultimately, it didn't stop Ireland winning the title but it did end any hopes of back-to-back Grand Slams.

Will there be more late drama today?

France dominate against Wales as Dupont runs the show

The Six Nations is officially underway after France breezed past Wales with a dominated 43-0 win in Paris.

Unsurprisingly, it was Antoine Dupont who stole the show.

Wings Theo Attissogbe and Louis Bielle-Biarrey both crossed for two tries, while Julien Marchand and Emilien Gailleton and number eight Gregory Alldritt also touched down.

It didn't impact France last night, but Romain Ntamack was sent off late on and that could see him banned for the England game next week.
