I've seen enough of Jac Morgan, time to get Pollock on… yes in the first half.

    Chris, Wrexham

Interesting and contrasting views going around. Patrick at 20:30 BST said Morgan was making a case for the starting jersey. I don't think Chris agrees.

When the Lions' attack is flowing it looks really, really good.

They work it well off the line-out as Freeman breaks clear of a tackle, but Tuipulotu just can't find Aki and the ball drops forward.

The Lions' scrum is on top so far and they win a penalty just inside Argentina's half.

Smith makes some decent territory and they'll have the throw deep in the 22.

Do you think we are watching a Test centre pairing and 10/15 combination?

Should every country be represented in the Lions Test 23? Jac Morgan is certainly making a case for the seven jersey....

I'm sitting next to an Ireland fan who bet on Bundee Aki for first Lions try-scorer - he's thrilled! That was slick attack from the Lions backs, with both centres getting plenty of touches. They look a potent threat.

For a second it looked like James Doleman was going to send Matera to the sin-bin, but he says there was only a split second before the hit Smith and changes his mind.

A penalty only, just outside the 22, and that feels like the right decision.

We're going to the TMO, but I don't think it's for that hit.

Despite the chalking off of two scores, that try caps off a strong opening for the Lions in terms of their attack.

Andy Farrell's side have put together some nice passages...all the more so when you consider we're talking about a team who have never, ever, played together.

Fin Smith in particular has things motoring along really nicely.

Converted Try - Lions 10-8 Argentinapublished at 20:23 British Summer Time 20 June

    Bundee Aki (con F Smith)

It is coming! Bundee Aki on home soil!

There's some nice hands from Marcus Smith and Tuipulotu pings a lovely offload to his centre partner.

Aki straightens up and barrels his way over the line. Great try, and Smith converts to give the Lions the lead.

British and Irish Lions 3-8 Argentina

    Chris Jones
BBC rugby union correspondent at the Aviva Stadium

Argentina were 7/1 with the bookies to win this evening, remarkable odds given their status as a Rugby Championship powerhouse.

They've given the Lions plenty to ponder in the opening quarter of an hour and have managed to cut open the hosts' defence on a number of occasions.

But lots for Andy Farrell to be encouraged about in the Lions' attack, with the giant wings Tommy Freeman and Duhan van der Merwe both menacing with the ball in hand.

    Lions 3-8 Argentina

    It's no try.

It was pushed forward by Joel Sclavi onto the palm of Mitchell, who then pushed it forward and Tuipulotu was there to gather the rebound and cross.

That's the right call, but a second disallowed try for Andy Farrell's men.

They've a scrum in a good position now, though.

The ball definitely bobbled forwards, but was it back off an Argentine hand?
