    Wow! Here come Australia!

Nick Frost and Harry Wilson come streaming forward like two freight trains into the Irish half and it takes Prendergast and Keenan to bring them down.

It's dinked beyond the try line, but Robbie Henhsaw races back to touch it down before Kellaway can get to it.

Again, it's the errors undoing Ireland here.

The game is being played in the Australia half with the hosts showing some really nice stuff right up to the moment when someone makes a mistake.

Ireland are fairly chucking it about now, which is great to watch.

Prendergast is dictating it all, and Ireland are now just inside the Aussie 22.

James Lowe was clearly riled up by that earlier tackle and goes on two charging runs.

He looks to pop the ball off to Ronan Kelleher on his second one, but there's a mix-up and it's into touch.

James Lowe is looking for a penalty after being brought down as he chipped the ball through, but it looks like Andrew Kellaway had committed to the tackle.

    No harm done.

Brilliant, five meters out, van der Flier is their go to man to find the whitewash. We thought it was coming, a really smart line out move and that is a big moment in the game for Ireland.

That is a really disappointing kick from Prendergast though, although he has done really well so far.

    Well, well, well...

Ireland skipper Caelan Doris said this week that today's performance and result would go a long way to determining how their autumn is viewed.

With one quarter gone during their final game of 2024, they're in a bit of a hole here now.

    Still, plenty of time left!

A big blow there to Ireland there. Australia were unlucky not to score in the corner, some desperate Ireland defending but they then caught Ireland in ones and twos and were able to capitalise on the far side. A great bit of rugby from Australia. It is really important the Ireland team don't go into their shells now.

A lot of Ireland's sloppier moments so far have come off set-piece attack.

No prizes for guessing what the man in the opposing coaching box would have made of that during his time in charge of the side...

If they can be a bit more clinical, it still looks like there are tries there for them.
