Unsurprisingly after that blistering start, the first serve percentage of both players has dipped.

Draper's tumbles further when he coughs up that double fault and although he responds by finding his rhythm again, Kecmanovic's dart forward pays dividends.

Suddenly, the Serbian fans are making all the noise and the Brits have gone a tad quiet...

This time Kecmanovic is having none of that rally malarkey, he comes into the net and nails an impressive volley to bring up the first break points of the match.

That was such a big point, such an important rally. So often when you have a rally like that, it's more important what happens in the next few points.

Eek, a first double fault for Draper puts him 0-30 in his service game.

Then, an absolutely monster rally from the baseline sees Kecmanovic shove his shot into the net.

Draper needed that one.

Incredible get. He's pulled off something special. He could try that a hundred times and never get that.

A sublime return from Kecmanovic as Draper's effort was flying to the back of the court but the Serb somehow got his racquet to it and got it over the net.

A big serve on the next point and Kecmanovic survives the scare to take the hold.

For the first time Kecmanovic is a little under pressure on his own serve.

Draper goes for power with the forehand to try and bring up a break point opportunity but slams into the net for 30-30.

It is pretty obvious the damage these two players can do with the forehand when they get time on it.

Draper refocuses and once again takes a routine hold to keep us on serve in this opening set.

Just over 20 minutes on the clock, it feels like we're flying through games.

Whoops, Draper fizzes his forehand well wide.

Kecmanovic can't believe it, though, as it looks like Draper sends his return wide again on the next point but the hawk-eye deems it to be in by an absolute whisker.

That's the second one of those that has gone against the Serb.

Yep, good stuff from the Serb and he heads to the chair with another solid hold under his belt.

Ooooh. Draper's return is called out but the hawk-eye deems it was actually in. No such issue on the next point, though, as the Brit's return is clearly well wide.

Kecmanovic has got Draper sprinting back and forth on the baseline and looks on his way to another solid hold, here.

A bit more of a tricky service game to navigate than that opening one but Draper gets the job done to see out the hold.

Now then, a gorgeous passing shot from Kecmanovic down the line sees him draw level at 30-30.

Draper comes into the net and nails the volley before firing a return long for deuce.
