You can tell where the bread is buttered for the Italian tennis journalists.
Loads of them are still here watching Sinner rather than seeing if Cobolli can cause a shock.
If Sinner gets this done without needing a fourth then his compatriots should be able to hot-foot it over to Centre afterwards.
Surely it must be a joint headline whatever happens...

Jannik Sinner is largely untroubled in a hold to 30.
The Italian beat Ben Shelton in the fourth round at Wimbledon last year - winning in three sets - and remains on track to repeat that feat.

Ben Shelton leads 40-15 but a loose forehand opens the door for Jannik Sinner at 40-30.
Shelton goes on to hold and the message from his coach is a reassuring one.
"Be ready to go if he dips".

I'm a bit surprised that Novak is not going for more on the return of the second serve.

That is a great response from Flavio Cobolli, Novak Djokovic is putting all the pressure he can on him.
Cobolli is serving brilliantly so far.

Novak Djokovic must still be struggling with some sort of abdominal problem. He's pressing his fingers just below his rib cage at the change of ends.
Again Flavio Cobolli is taken to deuce, although in this game he had led 40-0.
But the Italian gets it done eventually and the first to seven points in the upcoming tie-break will secure the first set.
