I made it! I’m finally in position on court three where Cam Norrie has just served to stay in the first set.

I’d say 95% of the crowd in here are cheering for the Brit.

“Come on, Cam” is being shouted by several people at the end of the game.

After lacing that forehand winner for the break, Ymer turns to the sideline and yells in one particular direction.

Not sure if it is a heckler or a supporter.

Either way, it's got the Swedish qualifier pumped up and locked in.

  12. Draper pegged back by Ymerpublished at 19:20 2 July

    *Draper 3-6 6-3 3-3

Fair play to Elias Ymer - that's a stunning winner to draw level against the serve in the third set.

Remember, Jack Draper had taken the second set after losing the first. Here's a reminder...

Currently stood outside court three as I wait to be let to my seat to watch Cam Norrie.

Just took a second to look at how everywhere you turn here is incredibly picturesque. There’s even blue sky above!

  16. Ymer holdspublished at 19:13 2 July

    *Draper 3-6 6-3 3-2 Ymer

It's important for Jack Draper to choose his moments carefully when he wants to be aggressive as displayed when he goes 40-15 down after racing to the net and getting caught flat-footed with the ball coming straight at him.

Draper does close the gap to 40-30 but Elias Ymer goes on to hold.

Jack Draper is starting to get quite aggressive with his play now. The Brit plays a forehand to the baseline and sprints up to the net, forcing Elias Ymer to make a decision and the Swede gets it wrong as he fires long. 40-30.

Draper sees out the game in fine fashion with a lob that has Ymer chasing the other way and he just doesn't have the legs to make anything of it.

    *Norrie 3-4 Diaz Acosta

Diaz Acosta hasn't played much on grass but you wouldn't be able to tell.

He holds with powerful, punishing serves and the scoreboard pressure is beginning to increase on Norrie.

    We resume with new balls.

  19. 'Norrie will be feeling the pressure'published at 19:09 2 July

    Naomi Cavaday

Norrie is going to feel the pressure. It is the least favourite surface for Diaz Acosta but Norrie has not been in good form.

It’s a difficult combination when you feel like you’re the guy who should be winning but you’ve not been doing much winning recently.

  20. 'Cam puts in more work than anybody'published at 19:07 2 July

    Norrie 3-3 Diaz Acosta*

    Naomi Broady
British player on BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC Sounds

It’s so tough because Cam is one of the hardest workers. His application to the sport and his investment has never got a question mark by it so when the results don’t come it’s never ‘oh is he putting enough hours on the practice court?'

Of course he is. He puts more in than anybody.

I wonder if the change is going to come maybe in his coaching team? You feel like when it’s been the entirety of the year now, and the back end of last year they start to search for answers elsewhere.

We’ll see if any changes are made, and maybe it’s even as simple as changing his schedule.
