    British number one Katie Boulter has just walked out on to court. She'll be getting under way in a few minutes.

    Boulter is looking to win her first ever match at the French Open, she's up against French qualifier Carole Monnet.

    Boulter comes into Roland Garros fresh from winning her first clay-court title at a WTA 125 event in Paris earlier this month, and will be hoping to lead the way for the British women in the singles draw.

    It will be the first meeting between the pair, who are scheduled to play on Court Simonne-Mathieu.

    Fourth seed Taylor Fritz has just become the highest seeded player to exit this year's French Open as he was beaten on day two by German Daniel Altmaier.

    The American lost 12 of the final 16 games against the world number 47.

    Fritz, 27, reached the final of last year's US Open, losing to Jannik Sinner in straight sets, but has been in poor form in 2025.

    He was knocked out in the third round of this year's Australian Open and now has a 3-4 record on clay this season.
