[Djokovic] may not have the touch of Roger Federer but of all the things he has improved over the years, it’s the touch shots and drop shots as well.

He just hasn’t hit the passing shots as well as he could have.

Alexei Popyrin takes care of his own serve with a hold to 15. But how he's going to make any sort of dent in the Novak Djokovic I'm not sure. We shall see.

The Australian is shouting "come on!" and roaring himself on as he tries to change the course of this match.

He takes the hold and that's important given what happened at the start of the last set where Alexei Popyrin was immediately broke.

Good shot, that. Alexei Popyrin misses the forehand with the court at his mercy but makes up for it by taking advantage of a poor passing shot from Novak Djokovic with a lovely cross-court backhand volley at the net.

In between sets is the perfect opportunity to have your picture taken with the famous Centre Court in the background.

I’ve seen numerous people taking selfies, asking kind stewards to take a picture and I’ve even been asked myself to do the honours!

Both players have gone off for a bathroom break so it will be a few minutes before we're back under way. The light is facing at SW19 but there is still play happening on the outside courts.

There's some catching up to do thanks to the rain so every minute counts!

A reminder you can use the 'watch and listen' tab at the top of this page to watch the action from the different courts.

When Djokovic is hitting his spots it’s almost impossible for Popyrin to get into the rally.

Popyrin just made a few mistakes, a couple of forehands, clutching at a couple of backhands.

Well it looked for a moment like Alexei Popyrin might have a bit of a chance to creep back in there but Novak Djokovic produces a second-serve ace.

What can you do about that?

Alexei Popyrin does well to return Novak Djokovic's huge serve and that's only the second point he has taken from the Djokovic serve in this third set.

Oh, and another one. Djokovic fires wide.

One particular fan in the crowd may have had a little too much fun today and shouts out “Aussie, Aussie, Aussie” just as Alexei Popyrin is about to serve.

He got a stern telling off from the umpire after that.

Alexei Popyrin just can't get anywhere near the Novak Djokovic serve at the moment. The second seed has lost just one point on serve in this third set and he holds to love again to put himself within a game of taking a lead in this match for the first time.

It has been a challenge. I thought [Popyrin] might have turned into a it more of a threat, but the quality of how Djokovic responded after the first set has really taken my breath away.

But you shouldn't write off Popyrin just yet. There's still a lot of tennis to play.

Alexei Popyrin looks well on his way to a routine hold but his forehand at 30-0 can only find the net and he gives Novak Djokovic a glimmer.

You can't do that against Djokovic. Popyrin sends his next forehand long but redeems himself when he forces the Serb into an error on the forehand and executes a powerful forehand to take the hold.
