    Caroline Wozniacki even earns a break point but has the door slammed firmly in her face by Elena Rybakina, who proceeds to close it out with an ace.

    More encouraging for Wozniacki, though, after being swept aside in the first.

    Alexei Popyrin isn't having that, though, and launches a body serve at Djokovic. Deuce.

    A brilliant catch in the crowd after Caroline Wozniacki failed to get a strong forehand from Elena Rybakina back comes at just the moment Trent Alexander-Arnold tucked away his winning penalty, leading to a big cheer on Court One.

    When Wozniacki secures the hold to win her first game of the match there is another loud cheer with the Dane smiling broadly as she gestures for more noise.

    Popyrin wasn’t having to hit that many second serve but the pressure gradually built up, and Novak was happy to have that chance to return a few second serves.

    He forced Popyrin into a very defensive position up at the net.

    Alexei Popyrin was preparing to serve as a huge roar broke out on Centre Court... England are into the semi-finals of Euro 2024.

    Djokovic sees the funny side and mimics taking a penalty with Popyrin also joining in as he puts up his hands to attempt a save.
