Jobs in the UK: ONS on employment trends

UK unemployment fell by 58,000 to 1.91m in the three months to November, official figures show.

The unemployment rate fell to 5.8% the Office for National Statistics said - a six and a half year low.

Nick Palmer from the ONS said unemployment was continuing to fall, although youth unemployment had risen slightly.
