Chancellor George Osborne has unveiled a new round of spending cuts targeting benefit claimants, public sector workers and expatriate pensioners.

The £11.5bn cuts package will come into force just before the next general election in 2015.

The cuts have been forced on the Chancellor after the government had to revise its own deadline for growth and reducing the deficit.
