Keir Starmer: Economic help 'nowhere near sufficient'

Labour leader SIr Keir Starmer has raised concerns about the health and economic aspects of a new, stricter tier system for England.

He also said that without “a working trace and isolate system there are real risks that this plan is incapable of controlling the virus this winter”.
