London 2012: Olympic costs and traffic lane bans

Sports Minister Hugh Robertson said it would be foolish not to look at the traffic ban in Olympic lanes - reserved for sponsors and athletes - if there was "complete gridlock" in London through the games.

He said there "may very well be news" soon on the future of the Olympic Stadium, but it was more likely by the end of the year.

Andrew Cryan looked back at the claims over whether the games would prove value for money after Londoners have faced an extra 38p a week for the average household, over the last six years.
